He was friendly and warm from the outset, and as soon as we began talking about what style I was going for he was super attentive to every detail and was keen to know exactly what it was I wanted. During the cut he continued to ask whether I was comfortable with the length he was taking off and more generally, we had a lovely chat! His salon was also spotless and comfortable and bright. I was thrilled with the final result of the haircut, it was EXACTLY what I wanted, it’s like Ivan can read minds! The layering, length, style, everything was perfect. Thank you Ivan!
