★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível. Peço mercadoria toda semana, pacote de 8 kg e sempre é 50 reais. Hj veio uma mercadoria menor de apenas 3 kg e me cobraram 60 reais. Um absurdo a falta de honestidade com os clientes. Nunca mais vou usar a Ivanilde turismo outra vez. Fora q o atendimento é péssimo. Mal educadas que só ficam no celular enquanto vc aguarda na fila pela senha e sem ninguém dentro da agência.
 Horrible. I ask for merchandise every week, 8 kg package and it is always 50 reais. Hj came a smaller goods of only 3 kg and I was charged 60 reais. It is absurd to lack honesty with customers. I will never use Ivanilde Turismo again. Outside q the service is terrible. Rude that only stay on the cell phone while you wait in line for the password and with no one inside the agency.
