★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa tarde. Foi cliente da ivecal a muitos anos. Porém hoje tive uma decepção muito grande e nunca mais volto nesse lugar. Levei meu veículo para fazer vistoria no local, fizeram uma avaliação e me disseram que iria dar reprovado...(pelo motivo do número do motor não ser o padrão que eles tinha) me disseram que eu teria que ir atrás do ex dono ou ir até onde eu comprei esse veiculo porque esse motor poderia ser adulterado... peguei o veículo e fui até a loja que comprei. Ho dono na loja mandou eu voltar para fazer vistoria e que mesmo que der reprovado que nos iriamos resolver o que tivesse de errado no veículo... voltei a (ivecal) e eles me negaram fazer a vistoria reprovada. Eles só fazendo vistoria que saem aprovados. Aí vem a minha pergunta??? Para que serve a vistoria? Não seria para me da um resultado aprovado ou reporvado? Mesmo assim negaram e fazer a vistoria porque iria dar problemas para eles. Aí não contente... chamei a polícia até o local e mesmo assim negaram e prestar o serviço. Fui orientado pelos policias em fazer um B.O. e entrar na justiça. Resumindo tudo... fiz o B.O. estou entrando na justiça... não recomendo. Eles gosta de moleza. Não são profissionais.
Good afternoon. He was a customer of ivecal for many years. But today I was very disappointed and I will never return to that place. I took my vehicle to inspect the site, they did an evaluation and told me that I would fail ... (because the engine number is not the standard they had) they told me that I would have to go after the ex owner or go as far as I bought this vehicle because that engine could be tampered with ... I took the vehicle and went to the store I bought it from. The owner at the store told me to come back to do an inspection and that even if I failed that we would resolve what was wrong with the vehicle ... I went back to (ivecal) and they refused to do the failed inspection. They are only doing inspections that are approved. Here comes my question ??? What is the inspection for? Wouldn't it be for me to give an approved or reinstated result? Even so they denied it and did the inspection because it would give them problems. Then I was not happy ... I called the police to the place and even then they denied and provided the service. I was guided by the police in making a B.O. and go to court. In short ... I did the B.O. I'm going to court ... I don't recommend it. They like cakewalk. They are not professionals.
