★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encomendei por telefone, ontem, dois bolos, coisa MUITO simples para a famosa "Casa de Bolos e Doces da Ivete".
Os detalhas solicitados foram:
1 - Um Bolo de 2 Kilos, de massa branca com morangos, cobertura de Chatilly e recheio crocante de NOZES.
2 - Um bolo DIET de meio quilo, com massa folheada , morango e cobertura de Chantilly diet.
A cada item solicitado eu perguntava, é possivel? e a resposta era, sim ! e ao final solicitei a atendente que me repetisse tudo, ela repetiu e eu perguntei mais uma vez, ...algum problema? e responderam, não!
Pois bem, fui pegar hoje por volta de 10 horas conforme combinado e o meu bolo era de massa normal com cobertura de chocolate branco. Reclamei, disse que não foi o acordado e pedi a conta para ir embora sem me irritar mais.
nesse momento chegou uma Sra., que do alto de sua impáfia disse, sou a DONA, vou explicar e apesar de eu dizer que não queria explicação ou conversa, apenas pagar e ir embora, ela informou que:
1- Trabalha com uma nutricionista e que essa decidira que não deveria ser de massa folheada MEU bolo....Será que ela decidiu pagar e comer por mim também?
2 - Antes disso a Sra. que parecia ser a Gerente da Loja também informara que uma doceira que confeccionou o bolo também havia decidido que Chantilly diet não ficaria bom no MEU bolo e colocou chocolate branco a sua revelia....acho que deve ser uma chocolatra...( eu não sou!)
Enfim fizeram o que quiseram e embrulharam pra que eu levasse, independente de meu pedido...e a Dona ainda se achou no direito de explicar o inexplicavel.
Haaaa, sabe aquele recheio crocante de NOZES, do bolo de 2 kilos? Pois é...veio com AMENDOIN !!!!!
SERÁ QUE BOLOS DA IVETE COM TODA ESSA FAMA DE "Fundada em 1984, a Ivete Bolos é a líder de seu segmento na região de Jundiaí. Em seu cardápio oferece Bolos, Tortas Doces, Docinhos e Salgados." NÃO SABE A DIFERENÇA DE NOZES PARA AMEIDOIN, NO GOSTO E , INCLUSIVE DO PREÇO?
Detalhe, pedi para me cobrarem o dobro, o quanto quisessem para que eu não esquecesse mais essa experiência. Paguei o solicitado e fui embora.
Jundiaí é bastante grande e cheia de excelentes opções, inclusive no ramo da doceria, não podemos ficar presos a fama e correspondente preço de quem efetivamente já não se preocupa e respeita seus clientes.
I ordered two cakes by phone yesterday, a VERY simple thing for the famous "Casa de Bolos e Doces da Ivete".
The requested details were:
1 - A 2 kilo cake, white dough with strawberries, Chatilly icing and crunchy WALNUT filling.
2 - A half kilo DIET cake, with pastry, strawberry and Chantilly diet topping.
I asked each item requested, is it possible? and the answer was, yes! and at the end I asked the attendant to repeat everything, she repeated it and I asked again, ... any problem? and answered, no!
Well, I went to get it today around 10 am as agreed and my cake was of normal pastry with white chocolate icing. I complained, said it was not agreed and asked for the bill to go away without getting angry anymore.
at that moment a Mrs. arrived, who from the top of her impafia said, I am the DONA, I will explain and although I say that I did not want an explanation or conversation, just pay and leave, she informed that:
1- You work with a nutritionist and she has decided that she should not have my cake puff pastry .... Did she decide to pay and eat for me too?
2 - Before that, the Mrs. who appeared to be the Store Manager had also informed that a confectioner who made the cake had also decided that Chantilly diet would not look good on MY cake and put white chocolate in default ... I think it must be a chocolate ... (I'm not!)
Anyway, they did what they wanted and wrapped it for me to take, regardless of my request ... and the Dona still felt she had the right to explain the inexplicable.
Haaaa, do you know that crunchy filling of NUTS, of the 2 kilo cake? Yeah ... came with AMENDOIN !!!!!
WILL LIKE IVETE CAKES WITH ALL THAT FAME OF "Founded in 1984, Ivete Bolos is the leader of its segment in the Jundiaí region. In its menu it offers Cakes, Sweet Pies, Sweets and Salty Snacks." DON'T YOU KNOW THE DIFFERENCE OF NUTS FOR AMEIDOIN, IN THE TASTE AND, INCLUDING THE PRICE?
Detail, I asked them to charge me twice as much as they wanted so that I would not forget this experience. I paid for what was requested and left.
Jundiaí is quite large and full of excellent options, including in the confectionery business, we cannot be stuck with the fame and corresponding price of those who effectively no longer care and respect their customers.
