Funcionárias atendem o telefone conversando com outra pessoa, dando risada e nem prestam atenção.
Cortei uma vez o cabelo com a Ivone ( até que gostei) porém ao tentar fazer luzes , a mesma fez o maior pouco caso!
Pediu primeiro para passar no salão pra dar uma olhada no cabelo, pois bem, passei e falou vamos marcar um horário. Só que ao ligar 2, 3 vezes nunca marcava o horário. O maior pouco caso!
Meu conselho: sejam mais profissionais e tratem igual as clientes!!!

Employees answer the phone talking to another person, laughing and not even paying attention.
I cut my hair once with Ivone (I liked it) but when I tried to do highlights, she didn't care!
He asked first to stop by the salon to have a look at the hair, well, I went and said let's make an appointment. But when I called 2, 3 times, I never made an appointment. The biggest little case!
My advice: be more professional and treat your customers the same!!!
