ENVIEI UM HD NA GARANTIA RECEBERAM NO 01/07 A ATENDENTE NÃO SABE INFORMAR E DESLIGA O TELEFONE DEPOIS NÃO ATENDE MAIS TEM LIGAR DE OUTRO NUMERO.
 Terrible at first answer the phone when you talk about the problem, call seagate on a 0800 that does not answer. you call again the secretary hangs up the phone. I SENT A HD IN THE WARRANTY RECEIVED ON 01/07 THE ATTENDANT DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO INFORM AND TURN OFF THE PHONE AFTER IT DOES NOT ANSWER ANY MORE CALL FROM ANOTHER NUMBER.

I sent my Xbox without a service order, then I got in touch and they managed to issue it, I sent my Xbox on Thursday for repair and on the other Thursday it was already with me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enviei meu controle do Xbox séries S na garantia que estava com o botão Y com defeito e me enviaram outro com o mesmo defeito. Enviei o controle novamente para trocarem e não dão retorno nem atendem o telefone.
I shipped my Xbox S series controller under warranty that had a defective Y button and they sent me another one with the same defect. I sent the remote again for exchange and they don't return or answer the phone.

Como a Microsoft não atualizava a ordem de serviço, enviei um e-mail à ivy explicando a situação e pedindo se eles teriam uma previsão de envio do novo controlador.
O funcionário Adriano me ligou no mesmo dia, explicou todo o procedimento e já me passou o código de rastreio do novo controle que eles estão me enviando.
Gostaria de elogiar o atendimento do funcionário, extremamente cordial e prestativo. Deixou, inclusive, um telefone para eu retornar, caso seja necessário.
I sent an Xbox series s controller for replacement, but due to problems at the post office, it took me a while to get to the company. As Microsoft did not update the service order, I sent an email to ivy explaining the situation and asking if they would have a forecast for shipping the new controller.
The employee Adriano called me the same day, explained the whole procedure and already gave me the tracking code for the new control they are sending me.
I would like to praise the service of the employee, extremely friendly and helpful. He even left a phone for me to return, if necessary.
