Comprei um splitter HDMI no dia 09/01/2021 o produto só faz uma função de 4 funções que necessito, mas na caixa dizia que fazia, liguei dia 11/01 logo cedo e expliquei e deixei claro minha necessidade perguntei de qual forma poderíamos resolver isso e não adiantar eu ficar indo e voltando trazendo o mesmo produto para testar sendo que eles não garantem funcionamento de nada já que não testam, o rapaz passou o dia inteiro me engando quando liguei no final da tarde acharam ruim, ficaram debochando e criticando querendo dizer que era frescura!! Cara, esses caras não sabem nem se quer o que vendem, eles não testam não conseguem comprovar nada, quando liguei quem me atendeu foi pegar a caixa para ler, ficou falando que pode trocar se eu quisesse, começou a gritar!! O que adianta você trocar por um mesmo produto que está limitado nos recursos que você necessita, acionei o Procon e se não tiver resultado levo para o Forum, poderia deixar para lá e passar para frente essa peça mas fiquei ofendido com a atitude das pessoas dessa loja quando busquei uma solução!! Esse tipo de lugar tem a necessidade de ter pessoas que entendem dos produtos e testem essas coisas e que conseguem garantir aquilo que está sendo dito!!! Lamentável!!
This place does not recommend it to anyone !! I bought an HDMI splitter on 01/09/2021 the product only makes a function of 4 functions that I need, but on the box it said it did, I called on 11/01 early and explained and made it clear my need I asked how we could solve it that and it’s no use I keep going back and forth bringing the same product to test and they don’t guarantee anything works since they don’t test it, the guy spent the whole day hooking me up when I called in the late afternoon they thought it was bad, they were mocking and criticizing wanting say it was cool !! Dude, these guys don’t even know what they sell, they don’t test they can’t prove anything, when I called whoever answered was picking up the box to read it, saying that you can change it if I wanted to, started screaming !! What good is it for you to exchange for the same product that is limited in the resources you need, I activated Procon and if it didn't work I take it to the Forum, I could let it go and pass this piece on but I was offended by the attitude of the people store when I looked for a solution !! This type of place has the need to have people who understand the products and test these things and who can guarantee what is being said !!! Unfortunate!!

Levei minha TV de 50 e uma Samsung de 32,em 06.10.21 na Brasil Componentes, e estamos super felizes. Eu e minha esposa ficamos surpreendidos com a competência do Sr Jony que nos atendeu no local, tudo de qualidade , preço muito bacana, valeu o valor pago, pessoal não sofram com tela quebrada, as TVs ficaram novinhas, foi melhor que comprar outra TV, levem lá e saiam de lá felizes. Going through the experience of having broken my TV screen myself, for a little carelessness hurts! I took my 50's TV and a 32's Samsung on 06.10.21 at Brasil Components, and we are super happy. My wife and I were surprised by the competence of Mr Jony who attended us on site, everything with quality, very nice price, it was worth the amount paid, people do not suffer from a broken screen, the TVs were brand new, it was better than buying another TV, take it there and leave happy.
