★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma experiência horrível com essa empresa, não recomendo ninguém a realizar o serviço com essa empresa, atendimento horrível, prestação de serviço ruim pegaram meu sofá não souberam arma acabaram com a estrutura do meu sofá e me entregaram dizendo que já estava assim, quando reclamei fui ameaçada porque segundo ele o rapaz que fez o corretor era policial como se eu fosse alguma bandida, sou trabalhadora realizei o serviço nessa época porque o tempo está frio e sou arlegica e o foro do sofá está lascado e a espuma com poeira devido ao tempo mas deixei bem claro pra eles que a Madeira era boa e que o sofá estava todo bom ...se arrependimento matasse estava morta mas espero que eles paguem porque a vida é rotatividade nada passa debaixo do Sol eles vão pagar isso que fizeram , não recomendo péssimo serviço , péssimo atendimento não tem nada que preste nessa empresa.
I had a horrible experience with this company, I do not recommend anyone to perform the service with this company, horrible service, poor service provision they took my sofa they did not know a weapon they ended up with the structure of my sofa and handed it to me saying it was already like this, when I complained I was threatened because, according to him, the boy who made the broker was a policeman, as if I were some bandit, I am a worker, I did the job at that time because the weather is cold and I am arty and the sofa seat is chipped and the foam is dusty due to the weather but I made it very clear to them that Madeira was good and that the sofa was all good ... if regret it killed it was dead but I hope they pay because life is rotation nothing goes under the sun they will pay for what they did, I do not recommend lousy service, lousy service has nothing to offer in this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Descumpriu todos os prazos. Atrasou não dias, mas meses. Ainda entregaram em partes o que solicitei. As capas de sofá que fizeram, todas mal feitas, e aqui chamo atenção de que eles dispunham do próprio sofá para fazê-las. Pra completar, como depois de meses de atraso para entrega duas capas não couberam no sofá, após uma longa jornada para o representante comparecer em minha residência e verificar o ocorrido, as levou, dizendo que entregaria na semana seguinte. Já tem dois meses que as capas foram levadas e o responsável pela loja, Sr. Alex, até o momento não deu notícias e não responde mais no número em que fizemos as tratativas. Não recomendo nem de graça, porque pior do que fazer um serviço ruim é simplesmente levar o item do cliente e não conceder mais qualquer satisfação.
Failed to meet all deadlines. It delayed not days, but months. They still delivered in parts what I requested. The sofa covers they made, all poorly made, and here I call attention that they had their own sofa to make them. To top it off, as after months of delay in delivery, two covers did not fit on the sofa, after a long journey for the representative to come to my residence and check what happened, he took them, saying he would deliver the following week. It has been two months since the covers were taken and the person in charge of the store, Mr. Alex, has so far not given any news and does not answer the number in which we made the negotiations. I don't even recommend it for free, because worse than doing a bad service is simply taking the customer's item and not granting any more satisfaction.
