★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, não recomendo. Entregaram as telhas fora do dia e horário combinado, não ligaram avisando que iriam e entregar e simplesmente deixaram todas as telhas na calçada sem que ninguém os recebesse. Total falta de consideração com o cliente.
Bad, I don't recommend it. They delivered the tiles outside the agreed day and time, they didn't call saying they were going to deliver and they simply left all the tiles on the sidewalk without anyone receiving them. Total lack of consideration for the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Andei mais de 25 km pra buscar uma madeira que já tinha deixado certo que buscaria, havia conversado pela manhã com o proprietário confirmando a compra, chegando no lugar pra retirar a madeira, foi me informado pelo atendente que toda a madeira que tinha feito o pedido havia sido vendida e que não avia mais as medidas que eu precisava, que conforme ia chegando cliente eles venderam, isso porque, conversei de manhã com o proprietário e cheguei antes das 10 da manhã do mesmo dia pra retirar a madeira. Não recomendo o lugar
I walked more than 25 km to get a wood that I had already decided to look for, I had talked to the owner in the morning confirming the purchase, arriving at the place to remove the wood, I was informed by the attendant that all the wood I had ordered it had been sold and that I no longer had the measures I needed, that as the customer arrived they sold it, that's because I talked to the owner in the morning and arrived before 10 am on the same day to remove the wood. I don't recommend the place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca mais comprarei com essa empresa ,eles pedem adiantamento de 50% sabendo que nem tem o produto para te entregar e ainda te fala que é previsto chegar tal dia ,é simplesmente um absurdo !!aí chega no dia cadê o meu produto ? Eles nem ligam para te avisar em caso de atraso
I will never buy from this company again, they ask for a 50% advance knowing that they don't even have the product to deliver to you and they even tell you that such a day is expected to arrive, it's just absurd!! They don't even call to let you know if they're late
