★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa não respeita os clientes, troquei a tela do meu celular ( j5 pro) dia 14/02/2022 de início reclamei da tela está com pequeno trinco na tela o mesmo alegou que não tinha problemas. retornei depois de uma semana apareceu outro problema no touch (ruído no touch), Hj dia 12/04/2022 retornei a loja com mais problema (listra branca) o proprietário alegou vários mutivo para não troca a tela ou devolver o dinheiro. fica a dica pra vcs novos clientes não fazer manutenção nos celulares.
Company does not respect customers, I changed my cell phone screen (j5 pro) on 02/14/2022 at first I complained about the screen having a small crack on the screen, the same claimed that there were no problems. I returned after a week another problem appeared on the touch (touch noise), today 04/12/2022 I returned to the store with more problems (white stripe) the owner claimed several reasons not to change the screen or return the money. Here's a tip for you new customers not to do maintenance on cell phones.
