★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei meu aparelho dia 08- 09-2018 para concertar a tela e realizar a troca das cameras , recebi de volta um aparelho que havia efeito ,sonoro ao ligar, porem a tela permanecia apagada, o aparelho retornou a assistencia, e deis de então, nunca mais vi meu aparelho, ele me mandou um outro aparelho igual ao meu, mas cheio de defeitos, no encaixe da bateria, carcaça pessima, tela descolada, sensor ruim, e pra piorar, perdi tudo que havia no meu aparelho, fotos, videos, contatos,, ele disse que havia quebrado uma peça do meu aparelho e que iria ao centro pra buscar a mesma e nunca houve um conserto do meu aparelho, hoje é dia 30-10-2018, ate o momento o Junior não me da um retorno, meu aparelho permanece com ele e ja faz 2 dias que ele não me retorna pelo whats, e quando ligo, só da caixa postal. Ele não conserta meu aparelho e quer me dar um inferior ao meu, e detalhe, já esta pago esse conserto. Pessimo atendimento, pessimo serviço, quero meu celular, apenas isso.

He doesn't fix my device and he wants to give me an inferior one to mine. Pessimo service, pessimo service, I want my cell phone, that's all.
