★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei o notebook para consertar o conector do carregador o mesmo solicitou que eu esperasse 15 dias até que a peça chegasse da fábrica para realizar o conserto do notebook. No dia marcado para ir buscar o notebook me falaram que o tec tinha esquecido de ligar o teclado, e me pediu pra volta em outro dia, sendo assim voltei quando cheguei lá vinherao me fala que o teclado estava com defeito , sem conta que comprei uma fonte nova com eles e ela não veio a patê de conectar na energia , ele alegrão que não vem mesmo. Mais momento nem um me informam isso . Não indico a ninguém pois não dão valor ao nosso dinheiro nem tão pouco presta um bom serviço

A garantia foi deficil....
Mas a loja não me ajudou nem um pouco.
Eles me deram um número de 0800.
Ate o telefone fixo de eles nem podia usar.
Ajuda zero!!!!
