Do not do business with this company , high interest rates , land are sold are 3x more expensive than the real value , and correction by the igpm trap , worst thing I have done in my life .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após conhecer mais de perto essa empresa, pude perceber que é uma empresa séria, que traz para esse mercado imobiliário cada vez mais exigente e restritivo de crédito para a população uma oportunidade para que pessoas comuns como eu e você com uma renda limitada ou com uma renda oscilante, possamos conquistar seus bens, realizar seus sonhos da casa própria ou ainda ter um cantinho para poder fazer seu sitio pra descansar a cabeça e curtir a família. Afinal a 27 anos no mercado e ainda no mesmo endereço, se fosse uma empresa ruim, JAMAIS estaria no mercado a tanto tempo e ainda mais sendo a tanto tempo referência no ramo de venda de lotes.
Uma empresa que desde o inicio "peitou os Bancos", e assumiu o risco de vender imóveis para pessoas que os bancos julgam ser de "alto risco de inadimplência" ou "pouca condição de crédito"...
Uma empresa que sempre acreditou que TODOS merecem e podem realizar seus sonhos pois as pessoas são muito mais do apenas números de "quanto dinheiro elas tem ou ganham por mês".

After getting to know this company more closely, I could see that it is a serious company, which brings to this increasingly demanding and credit-restrictive real estate market an opportunity for common people like you and me with a limited income or with a fluctuating income, we can conquer your goods, fulfill your dreams of owning a home or even have a little corner to make your place to rest your head and enjoy the family. After 27 years in the market and still at the same address, if it were a bad company, it would NEVER be in the market for so long and even longer being a reference in the lot sales business.
A company that from the beginning "brought the banks" and took on the risk of selling real estate to people who the banks deem to be of "high default risk" or "poor creditworthiness"...
A company that has always believed that EVERYONE deserves and can make their dreams come true because people are much more than just numbers of "how much money they have or earn per month".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olá! Me chamo Daniela e visitei um lote de vocês no RECANTO DA MATA no dia 02/04 com interesse na compra. A visita foi realizada no sábado dia 02/04 e eu dei o retorno no mesmo dia fechando a compra. Agendamos a assinatura do contrato para a segunda-feira 04/04 ás 19h e NO CAMINHO eu recebi a notícia de que outro corretor havia vendido o lote para outro cliente.
Me desloquei para o local, deixei alguns compromissos para fazer a assinatura do contrato e fizeram essa FALTA DE RESPEITO comigo. Total falta de comunicação entre os corretores e processos internos de vocês, além da falta de compromisso com o cliente.
Não indico para ninguém, pois vocês trabalham com sonhos e isso não se faz com NENHUM cliente!!
Hi! My name is Daniela and I visited a lot of you at RECANTO DA MATA on 04/02 with interest in buying. The visit took place on Saturday 04/02 and I returned the same day closing the purchase. We scheduled the signing of the contract for Monday 04/04 at 19h and ON THE WAY I received the news that another broker had sold the lot to another client.
I moved to the place, left some commitments to sign the contract and they made this LACK OF RESPECT with me. Total lack of communication between your brokers and your internal processes, in addition to the lack of commitment to the customer.
I don't recommend it to anyone, because you work with dreams and that's not done with ANY client!!
