* filas
* temo de atendimento ultrapassa mais de 30 minutos.
* desorganização de filas
* conversas paralelas entre os funcionários que tb ajuda o aumento do tempo de espera.
* a mesma colaboradora não me atendeu bem.
se em uma fila tem 30 pessoas com 4 funcionários
para cada pessoa atendida ou melhor CLIENTE levaria 3 minutos, o temo de espera na fila iria reduzir bastante.
com agilidade e foco no trabalho realizado.
isto é apenas minha visão como cliente.
one of the worst experience I ever had in type of commercial establishment.
* dirty spot
* queues
* service time exceeds more than 30 minutes.
* disorganization of queues
* side conversations between employees which also helps to increase waiting time.
* the same employee did not serve me well.
if there are 30 people in a row with 4 employees
for each person served or better CLIENT it would take 3 minutes, the waiting time in the queue would greatly reduce.
with agility and focus on the work done.
this is just my view as a customer.
