Vários vizinhos estamos com problemas de infiltrações e goteiras sérias, que estamos reclamando já faz UM ANO e só recebemos resposta de que já está sendo consertado, mas é falso. Também não aceitam descontar o conserto do aluguel e o pior, não respondem os emails nem os telefonemas.
DO NOT RENT HERE !!!! Several neighbors are having problems with infiltration and serious leaks, which we have been complaining about for ONE YEAR and we only received an answer that it is already being fixed, but it is false. They also do not accept to discount the rent repair and the worst, they do not answer emails or phone calls.
