Queria continuar pelo Gympass enquanto estivesse de férias, porém o professor em questão, disse que tinha perdido a senha e que não via vantagem no serviço pelo app, pois ninguém tinha aparecido antes. Contudo eu estava lá justamente pelo app. Me sugeriu pagar a diária separada, mas é algo que não tem lógica, uma vez que pago o Gympass para não ter que ficar procurando academia e pagando diária a parte. Senti da parte dele apenas empecilhos para o que é prático.
Para quem não é daqui, já aviso, Palmas é muito quente e quando se está treinando, o corpo esquenta mais ainda. Com isso, eu aumentei a velocidade de um dos ventiladores da parte de sacos, não demorou muito ele veio e abaixou de novo, dizendo que fica doido com o barulho do ventilador. Por que não climatiza o ambiente de verdade? Para que deixar o ventilador, se os alunos não podem aumentar conforme a demanda deles? Se o serviço é para os alunos, tem que ter pelo menos esse conforto nessa cidade que é super quente!
A aula é legal, o serviço para o cliente mesmo, é péssimo.

I did an experimental class, I liked it. He wanted to continue through Gympass while on vacation, but the teacher in question said that he had lost the password and that he saw no advantage in the service for the app, since no one had appeared before. However I was there just for the app. He suggested me pay the separate rate, but that is not logical, since I paid the Gympass so I did not have to keep looking for the gym and paying the daily allowance. I felt from his side only obstacles to what is practical.
For those who are not from here, I warn you, Palmas is very hot and when you are training, your body heats up even more. With that, I increased the speed of one of the fans of the bags part, soon it came and lowered again, saying that it gets crazy with the noise of the fan. Why do not you air the real environment? Why leave the fan if students can not increase as their demand? If the service is for the students, you have to have at least this comfort in this city that is super hot!
The class is cool, the customer service itself, sucks.
Would not recommend!
