★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, realizei a compra de 3 reatores, porém, ao instalar verifiquei que 2 estavam com defeito, ao voltar na loja o dono muito mal educado disse que não iria trocar nada, gritou e foi muito estúpido. Falei sobre meus direitos como consumidor e este ignorou. Espero que sirva como alerta. NÃO COMPREM NADA LÁ!
 Lousy service, I purchased 3 reactors, however, when installing I found that 2 were defective, upon returning to the store the very rude owner said he would not change anything, shouted and was very stupid. I talked about my rights as a consumer and he ignored it. I hope it serves as an alert. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THERE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja e bem tradicional no bairro, tem tudo o que eu preciso em material de construção sem precisar ir até as grandes redes e enfrentar enormes filas. O atendimento do Sr Roberto e excelente, entende muito do mercado que atua, dos produtos que vende e está sempre muito disposto a fazer o melhor pelo cliente. Sem dúvida esses diferenciais faz com que eu sempre retorne.
The store and very traditional in the neighborhood, has everything I need in construction material without having to go to the big chains and face huge queues. Mr. Roberto's service is excellent, he understands a lot about the market he works in, the products he sells and is always very willing to do the best for the customer. Undoubtedly, these differentials keep me coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei em contato para passar uma relação de materiais para a loja realizar um orçamento para empresa, porém, a pessoa que atendeu o telefone além de rude , se recusou a passar informações, nem se disponibilizou para pegar meu contato e passar os valores posteriormente, apenas falou que não poderia e pediu pra ligar mais tarde. Não entendo loja que se recusa atender um cliente.
I got in touch to give a list of materials for the store to make a budget for the company, however, the person who answered the phone, besides being rude, refused to give information, nor made himself available to get my contact and pass the values later, just he said he couldn't and asked to call later. I don't understand a store that refuses to serve a customer.
