★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já é o segundo imóvel que alugo com eles. Tudo sempre tranquilo e conforme combinado. Entrega e devolução das chaves no prazo e sempre me atenderam quando precisei. Corretores solicitos e preços de mercado. Nada que desabone, recomendo.
 It is already the second property I rent with them. Everything is always smooth and as agreed. Delivery and return of keys on time and always attended to me when needed. Brokers requested and market prices. Nothing that falls apart, I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo trabalho, administração péssima, deixou a água do imóvel do meu pai ficar atrasado até chegar a conta de 17.000 reais e vários meses de aluguel atrasado sem se quer entrar com ação contra o inquilino pq o proprietário da imobiliária me disse que conhecia o inquilino, deixando de lado o lado profissional e levando para o lado pessoal, transformando assim tudo em uma bola de neve com total falta de responsabilidade, hoje nem me atendem mais, me dando um numero de telefone de um advogado que já liguei várias vezes não conseguindo êxito nas informações. Péssimo !
Lousy work, lousy administration, let the water in my father's property stay late until the bill reached 17,000 reais and several months of rent arrears without wanting to take action against the tenant because the real estate owner told me he knew the tenant, letting go of the professional side and taking it personally, thus turning everything into a snowball with total lack of responsibility, today they don’t even answer me anymore, giving me a phone number of a lawyer that I’ve called several times not being successful in the information. Terrible !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pois é, recebi auxilio doença pelo INSS, e foi cessado em 10/03/2020, tive de entrar na justiça federal, e enquanto isso, "entrei"..em dividas, mas fazer... o que....depois de 17 meses consegui ...aposentadoria...e o processo ainda continua na justiça federal....agora faço parte do SPC, como moro em casa propria...gostaria de alugar um imovel....mas pelo visto...as imobiliaria...nem querem saber....se o nome não tiver limpo....só com fiador...ofereci o pagamento de 12 meses de aluguel...não quiseram...e pelo visto a casa na Rua Lia Bignatti Castelli, ainda continua para alugar....apesar das minhas 'restrições"...moro em casa propria....e então ...não preciso pagar aluguel....
yes, I received sickness benefit from the INSS, and it was terminated on 03/10/2020, I had to go to federal court, and in the meantime, "I went into"... in debt, but to do... what... then... after 17 months I got...retirement...and the process is still going on in the federal court....now I am part of the SPC, as I live in my own house...I would like to rent a property....but apparently. ..the real estate companies...don't even want to know....if the name isn't cleared....only with a guarantor...I offered to pay 12 months of rent...they didn't want to...and apparently the house on Rua Lia Bignatti Castelli, still for rent....despite my 'restrictions'...I live in my own house....and so...I don't have to pay rent....
