★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não consigo nem falar com o atendimento administrativo, internet vive caindo, pelo menos 1 vez por semana e sempre é a mesma explicação do suporte, faz nós clientes de bobos mesmo. Não recomendo!
I can't even talk to the administrative service, the internet keeps dropping, at least once a week and it's always the same explanation of the support, it makes us silly customers. I do not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No começo não tinha.problemas mas agora sempre cai sempre da problema é a desculpa e que estão fazendo algum reparo e quem paga porisso somos os cliente pois se não cobrarmos vem a fatura completa.. deixa do muito a desejar...
In the beginning I didn't have any problems but now it always falls out of the problem is the excuse and that they are doing some repair and who pays for that we are the customers because if we do not charge comes the complete invoice .. leaves a lot to be desired ...
