Agora o ponto alto: o karatê estilo shotokan, minha gente! Isso aí! Entrem sem medo, sensei Paulo Santos, 7° DAN pela SKIF, com larga experiência (+ 45 anos de experiência), extremamente técnico e com uma didática explêndida! Ideal para todas a idades! Crianças a partir de 7 anos!
Karatê para uma vida mais temperada, saudável e com ensinamentos que ajudam em nossa educação pessoal e amadurecimento. Sou praticante há 7 anos e pretendo seguir praticando até o fim da vida. Oss!
Updating my opinion, at Google's request, hehe. Staff, traditional gym, family business, very kind and participative owners. I don't use the gym itself, but I know by sight that it has been renovated and looks very beautiful, with more modern aspects and keeping the old school style.
Now for the highlight: shotokan style karate, folks! That's right! Enter without fear, sensei Paulo Santos, 7th DAN by SKIF, with extensive experience (+ 45 years of experience), extremely technical and with a splendid didactic! Ideal for all ages! Children from 7 years old!
Karate for a more temperate, healthy life and with teachings that help in our personal education and maturation. I've been a practitioner for 7 years and I intend to continue practicing until the end of my life. Oss!
