Combino para pegar chaves para fazer uma visita às 14h, fechado para almoço e não sou avisado que fecha, as funcionárias não sabem qual o apartamento que combinei visitar e ainda me entregam uma chave do Jardim das Orquídeas que não abre a porta do apartamento e a outra não abre o portão da portaria do Mares do Sul e a corretora nem sabe informar que botão usar para abrir o portão e como usar.
P. S: ter que ouvir uma colega de trabalho dar uma bronca em outra colega frente de um cliente (Eu) foi constrangedor.
Terrible. I agree to pick up keys to visit at 2:00 pm, closed for lunch and I am not advised that it closes, the employees do not know which apartment I have agreed to visit and they even give me a key from Jardim das Orquídeas that does not open the apartment door and the another does not open the gate of the South Seas concierge and the broker does not even know which button to use to open the gate and how to use it.
P. S: having to listen to a co-worker scold another colleague in front of a client (Me) was embarrassing.
