A avaliação do aparelho é feita sem demora, sem enrolação e sem aqueles assuntos confusos que fazem o cliente ficar com medo. Pelo contrário, são práticos, são transparentes no serviço.
O rapaz que me atendeu, do nome não me lembro, mas do serviço, com certeza irei voltar a fazer negócio, é aquele tipo de atendimento que faz o cliente ficar sem medo de fazer uma boa compra, mesmo comprando um aparelho semi-novo.
Além de possuir um design original e criativo da marca dessa loja, o design do espaço também chama a atenção, pois é pequeno e compacto, ao mesmo tempo que tem espaço para alguns modelos disponíveis em stands dentro da loja.
Possuem o lema de consertar o seu aparelho em 1 hora, nosso atendimento em saber do que precisávamos, de qual aparelho melhor substituía o aparelho quebrado e etc, foi feito em minutos, e isso, sem o vendedor se queixar, demonstrar desinteresse ou qualquer coisa coisa comum que a gente encontra em quase todo lugar.
O vendedor inclusive demonstrou estar preocupado com a maneira como a loja dele está sendo vista, e pediu que fizéssemos essa avaliação, mostrando-se alguém preocupado com seu comércio mas também querendo melhorar sua qualidade de serviço.
Praticamente ele não precisa se preocupar porque coisa boa a gente compartilha, tanto quanto coisa ruim, e na medida da experiência do cliente, é que se descobre um serviço satisfatório ou não. Eu fiquei 100% satisfeito. Nem 50% e nem 65%.
Dependendo do caso, o seu aparelho antigo ou quebrado, pode ser usado para inteirar na compra de um outro aparelho. O desconto em cima, também é bem justo.
Mas como eu já disse, o local por dentro é tão bom, quanto por fora. Bem localizado para as pessoas encontrarem, próximo a um dos bancos do Brasil (se não me engano), e de outros comércios locais.
