★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No ano passado, comprei cadeiras e sofá nessa loja; os móveis por sinal são de boa qualidade. Infelizmente, a vendedora não prestou atenção à forma de pagamento de minha preferência e mandou carnê de uma financiadora chamada Losango. Pago as prestações no vencimento, mas a tal losango fica me perturbando o dia inteiro para saber se eu já paguei. A funcionária quer que eu vá loja com o comprovante de pagamento.. Me poupe! Tenho como provar que não devo. Mas já estou de s... cheio! Nota zero para essa financiadora da Jacaúna.
Last year I bought chairs and a sofa in this store; The furniture by the way is of good quality. Unfortunately, the seller did not pay attention to the payment method of my choice and sent a checkbook from a financier named Losango. I pay the installments at maturity, but the diamond keeps bothering me all day to see if I've paid. The employee wants me to go to the store with proof of payment .. Save me! I can prove that I shouldn't. But I'm already ... full! Zero score for this Jacaúna financier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito bem atendido pela vendedora Elizabete, muito atenciosa mostrando as variedades de sofás e os tipos de pagamentos o qual era o meu foco, tanto que acabei comprando um conjunto de sofá. Assim me tornando mais um cliente satisfeito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja muito linda e arrumada já com os ambientes de acordo como eu esperava para fazer minha decoração com os móveis e acessórios como adornos, tapetes e lustres. E também facilitaram a minha compra com formas de pagamento no carnê ou cheques sem juros e ainda me deram um prazo para começar a pagar. Até que eu tinha meu cartão de crédito mas não precisei usar, porque eu ia precisar para fazer outra compra.
E os Vendedores bem atenciosos com o cliente, que você se sente em casa

Very beautiful and tidy shop already with the environments according as I expected to make my decoration with furniture and accessories such as ornaments, carpets and chandeliers. And they also facilitated my purchase with forms of payment in the card or interest-free checks and still gave me a deadline to start paying. Until I had my credit card but I did not have to use it because I was going to need to make another purchase.
And the Sellers are very attentive with the customer, that you feel at home
I will definitely return to make future purchases. I just have to thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é bom, mas nada sensacional. Os preços variam de moderados a altos, eventualmente oferecem descontos que valem muito a pena. A qualidade dos móveis são realmente o diferencial. O acabamento e os tecidos são de ótima qualidade. As peças são maravilhosas.
E um lugar que vale a pena conhecer e se puder, vale a pena investir num móvel também.

The service is good, but nothing spectacular. Prices range from moderate to high, eventually offering very worthwhile discounts. The quality of the furniture really makes the difference. The finish and fabrics are of excellent quality. The pieces are wonderful.
It's a place worth knowing and if you can, it's worth investing in a piece of furniture too.
