★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento ! Por sinal não fui nem atendida . Os vendedores tem que entender que por mais que a pessoa seja simples , não significa que não tenha condições de comprar . Quando cheguei estavam atendendo duas mulheres e fizeram de conta que não estavam nos vendo e eu estava acompanhada dois meus pais e eles por sinal gostaram de uma jogo de mesa e cadeiras de jantar . Saímos e fomos na loja ao lado . Fomos muito bem atendidos e compramos 6.000 à vista . Ligamos ainda pra loja e pedimos para falar com o gerente , foi quando um tal de secretário nos atendeu e disse que estavam fechando . O pior é que as mulheres que estavam lá nem compraram e por coincidência entraram lá loja que estávamos efetuando a compra e também não levaram nada . Kasa Decor vcs estão de parabéns e a Jacaúna aprendam a colocar vendedores que saibam trabalhar e tenham o mínimo de respeito com os clientes .

The worst thing is that the women who were there did not even buy and coincidentally entered the store that we were making the purchase and also did not take anything. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adquiri um sofá retrátil para duas pessoas em dezembro de 2019, infelizmente não está mais na garantia. Mas com pouco meses de uso ao sentar e reclinar o encosto já sentia a madeira nas costas. Hoje tenho que usar com almofadas para evitar até dores na lombar. Sugiro que melhorem a densidade do encosto. Fica a dica.
No início de julho/20 as roldanas quebraram e foram trocadas .
I purchased a retractable sofa for two in December 2019, unfortunately it is no longer under warranty. But with a few months of use when sitting and reclining the backrest, I could already feel the wood in the back. Today I have to use it with pillows to avoid even lower back pain. I suggest that they improve the density of the backrest. Here's the tip.
In early July / 20 the pulleys broke and were replaced.

They have a wide variety of furniture, mostly living room, dining room, outdoor furniture and also some bedroom and kitchen items as well. They have some nice pieces, but generally, the prices seem a bit high for the quality they offer.
Jacauna manufactures the furniture they sell, so that’s a plus. This particular location is situated on the main road through Cabedelo and is close to many other shops. It’s worth taking a look if you’re in the market.
