Los chicos de la tienda son muy amables, te ayudan y te orientan mucho... No tienen mucha variedad en los productos. Tienen buenas ofertas. Tienen la opción del delivery pero no siempre llevan correctamente lo que pediste por WhatsApp, por lo que prefiero ir a escoger en la tienda.
Siempre he comprado ahí y cuando compro muchas cosas grandes y pesadas pido que hagan delivery hasta mi casa que es solo algunas cuadras y siempre lo han hecho. La última vez, la señora de caja no fue nada empática y me dijo de forma poco agradable que solo las compras mayores de 100 reales hacen entrega en domicilio, tuve que dejar varias cosas para conseguir cargar hasta mi casa. El lugar podría mejorar en la limpieza
The lady or lady at the register could perhaps be more friendly, she is not rude to the customers, but if she showed a little enthusiasm in her work it would be great. The guys in the store are very friendly, they help you and guide you a lot... They don't have much variety in the products. They have good deals. They have the option of delivery but they don't always carry correctly what you asked for on WhatsApp, so I prefer to go to the store to choose.
I have always shopped there and when I buy a lot of big and heavy things I ask them to deliver to my house which is only a few blocks away and they always have. The last time, the cashier lady was not at all empathetic and told me in an unpleasant way that only purchases over 100 reais are delivered at home, I had to leave several things to get loaded to my house. The place could improve on cleanliness
