★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DEMOROU QUASE 2 HORAS, PEDIDO CHEGOU FRIO EU JAMAIS IRIA ACEITAR, ATENDENTE MENTIROSA DISSE QUE IRIA REFAZER O PEDIDO MAS NÃO REFEZ PORQUÊ NÃO IRIA PERDER PRODUTO EU ACHEI A COISA MAIS RIDÍCULA QUE JÁ VI NA VIDA.
 IT TAKEN ALMOST 2 HOURS, ORDER ARRIVED COLD I WOULD NEVER ACCEPT IT, LIAR ASSISTANT SAID THAT HE WOULD REPLACE THE ORDER BUT DID NOT REFUSE IT BECAUSE I WOULD NOT LOSE PRODUCT I FOUND THE MOST RIDICULOUS THING I EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima ! Fiz o pedido as 19:30 de 2 itens , com previsão 20:17 ….. chegou às 20:50 e ainda o pedido errado! Fiz a reclamação e atendente ainda duvidou do erro! Mandei foto no zap e ficaram de enviar o item correto (levou mais de 1 hora, chegou o sanduba todo zoneado e ainda frio)! Total falta de cuidado com produto e cliente ! E o pior, a atendente queria colocar a culpa no entregador (que pelo contrário, foi o único ponto positivo). Não indico
Terrible! I placed the order at 19:30 for 2 items, with 20:17 forecast ….. arrived at 20:50 and still the wrong order! I made the complaint and the attendant still doubted the error! I sent a photo on zap and they were asked to send the correct item (it took more than 1 hour, the sandwich arrived, all zoned and still cold)! Total lack of care with the product and the customer! And worst of all, the attendant wanted to blame the delivery man (which, on the contrary, was the only positive point). I don't indicate

Great place to eat the dishes are very beautiful and tasty the servers are great and polite as the delivery time varies depending on the time you arrive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já fiz vários pedidos e até hoje não tinha do que reclamar. Sou fã número 1 do franguinho frito e de como eles chegam gordinhos e douradinhos. Encomendo e passo pra buscar todos os sábados. Hoje, recebi os franguinhos queimados por fora, crus por dentro, esturricados e com um aspecto horrível. Do jeito que estavam, não deveriam nem ter sido embalados para entrega. Infelizmente, só vi em casa e já era tarde.
I've made several orders and so far I have nothing to complain about. I'm a number 1 fan of fried chicken and how they arrive chubby and golden. I order and pick up every Saturday. Today, I received the chickens burnt on the outside, raw on the inside, charred and looking horrible. As they were, they shouldn't even have been packaged for delivery.
