★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marcamos unha e cabelo eu e minha mãe ( filha e esposa )na unidade da Pedro doll do Jacques Janine . Eles estavam em reforma e não avisaram com antecedencia, o banheiro estava em um estado impossível! Parecia uma fossa aberta, o lavatório também, além do pó usual de reforma que deveria ser avisado antes,lembrando que falta de higiene pode causar doenças e infecções . Reclamamos na recepção sobre o cheiro do ambiente que estava impossível e fomos maltratados pela recepcionista e pelo gerente do local . O estabelecimento não condiz com as outras unidades tanto no atendimento ao cliente quanto no próprio local imundo . Não voltaremos mais no estabelecimento .
Réplica a sua resposta: parabéns pelos seus 25 anos, gostaria de deixar claro que existe uma reclamação que vc parece que nem leu. E deveria deixar claro que a cliente na hora de pagar como vc disse reclamou, mas pagou!!! Agora em relação a insatisfação da cliente quanto ao atendimento seu e de seus funcionários realmente ficou sem resposta, mas afinal são 25anos... Mas como dissemos isso não fará diferença, pois elas não voltarão. Pois além da reforma o seu tratamento foi péssimo e sua resposta aqui, pior ainda.
We booked nails and hair, my mother and I (daughter and wife) at Jacques Janine's Pedro doll unit. They were under renovation and didn't give advance notice, the bathroom was in an impossible state! It looked like an open cesspool, the washbasin too, in addition to the usual renovation dust that should be warned beforehand, remembering that lack of hygiene can cause diseases and infections. We complained at reception about the smell of the environment which was impossible and we were mistreated by the receptionist and the manager of the place. The establishment does not match the other units both in customer service and in the filthy place itself. We will not be returning to the establishment again.
Reply to your answer: congratulations on your 25 years, I would like to make it clear that there is a complaint that you seem to have not even read. And I should make it clear that the customer, when paying as you said, complained, but paid!!! Now, in relation to the customer's dissatisfaction regarding the service of her and her employees, it really went unanswered, but after all, it's been 25 years... But as we said, it won't make any difference, because they won't come back. Well, besides the reform, your treatment was terrible and your response here, even worse.
