★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está sendo péssima minha experiência com essa transportadora ?? pois era pra ter chegado no 04/05 a minha encomenda e até agora ainda não chegou outras coisas que comprei no mercado livre por último duas últimas já foi entregue e essa nunca entregaram decepcionada com essa transportadora
My experience with this carrier is being terrible ?? because my order was supposed to arrive on 04/05 and so far other things I bought in the free market haven't arrived, the last two have already been delivered and this one never delivered disappointed with this carrier

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super insatisfeita com o serviço dessa empresa. Pelo rastreamento, após chegar na unidade de Imperatriz-MA, ficou bastante tempo sem atualização. Após contato pelo chat fizeram atualização informando rota de entrega, porém a entrega não foi efetuada. O telefone de contato não funciona. nem chama!!! Péssimo atendimento, ou melhor nem considero que tenha atendimento ao cliente.
Very dissatisfied with this company's service. By tracking, after arriving at the Imperatriz-MA unit, it was a long time without updating. After contact by chat, they made an update informing the delivery route, but the delivery was not carried out. Contact phone does not work. don't even call!!! Terrible customer service, or rather, I don't even think they have customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já foi melhor, acho que top one, mas agora no último ano ficou muito ruim, pode até ser coincidência, mas minha encomendas deste ano todas atrasaram, pelo que acompanho no localizador, é uma tremenda falta de logística, tem encomendas minhas que passam em minha cidade, vão para a capital de outro estado e retornam para a unidade a 129km daqui..., o telefone não atende, o chat não dá nem tempo de tirar uma dúvida, de tanta pressa que os atendentes têm... Espero que essa opinião seja só minha... Estimo mudanças para melhor, pois tenho saudades da velha Jadlog.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu liguei mais de 20 vezes, pra poderem me atender. Perguntei sobre minha encomenda que havia saído pra entrega que saiu as 9:38 da manhã e já era as 14:50 da tarde.
Eles ficaram falando lá entre eles, enquanto eu tava na linha, eu perguntei pq a demora pra entrega, eles pediram meus dados, e começaram a rir da minha cara dizendo que a entrega nunca tinha saído do depósito e que minha encomenda tava lá perto deles. Que o entregador havia esquecido de pegar.
Pedi pra eles entregar assim que possível.
Eles então disseram que iam.
Então fiquei esperando.
Agora falando com eles pelo WhatsApp eles me disseram, quem te deu essa informação que seu produto está na cidade?
Fiquei indignada. Então eles me bloquearam e não atenderam mais minhas ligações.

So I was waiting.
Now talking to them through WhatsApp they told me, who gave you this information that your product is in town?
I was outraged. So they blocked me and didn't answer my calls anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coloca que o numero fixo é somente mensagem de Whatsapp justamente para nao atender bem o cliente. Estou querendo saber há 1 semana por onde anda minha encomenda que ja tem mais de 10 dias uteis em Belem, encomenda de 100g demora 10 dias uteis para ir ao destino. Se essa empresa comprar os correios, nada vai mudar so vai piorar! (minha opniao)
It states that the landline number is only a whatsapp message precisely to not serve the customer well. I've been wanting to know for 1 week where my order has been, which already has more than 10 working days in Belem, 100g order takes 10 working days to reach its destination. If this company buys the post office, nothing will change, it will only get worse! (my opinion)

São gente igual a jadlog de imperatriz-ma que suja o nome da empresa.
Em Goiás usava sempre a transportadora jadlog e nunca tivemos problemas, na maioria dos pedido chegava 3 dias antes do previsto. Aqui já tem 5 dias de vencimento da entrega e não entregaram, tendo em vista que conversamos via WhatsApp e ficou marcado para entregar e mesmo assim não fez a entrega. Ou falta de gerência desse transporte daqui.
Cansei de esperar, agora vou lá da uma conferida se são colaborando humanos ou se é uma nova tecnologia de robô implantada na logística jadlog.

They are people like the ma-empress' jadlog who smears the company's name.
In Goiás I always used the jadlog carrier and we never had any problems, most orders arrived 3 days ahead of schedule. Here, there are already 5 days of delivery due and they didn't deliver, given that we talked via WhatsApp and it was scheduled to deliver and still didn't deliver. Or lack of management of this transport here.
I'm tired of waiting, now I'm going to check if they are collaborating humans or if it's a new robot technology deployed in jadlog logistics.
