★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Porque não tem a opção de dar meia estrela, tem 40 dias que não entregaram minha encomenda, no site diz que foi entregue mais até hoje nada... Estou tentando entrar em contato mas não atendem o telefone. E não responderam meu email até hoje. Eu não vou ter o trabalho de ir lá buscar. Paguei o frete e quero minha encomenda!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu sempre gosto de pensar e se fosse eu!pra não ser injusta estragar a reputação dos outro! e a mesma coisa que postar um vídeo,ou falar mal, nas redes sociais.o ponto e que eles me mandaram mensagem,fiquei em casa ,mas ninguém apareceu,no final tive que ir buscar pra minha encomenda não voltar para São Paulo.mas o atendimento na JaD LoG foi muito bem atencioso!o serviço de transporte que deixou a desejar.
 I always like to think what if it were me! so it wouldn't be unfair to spoil the reputation of others! and the same thing as posting a video, or saying bad things, on social networks. the point is that they sent me a message, I stayed at home, but no one showed up, in the end I had to go get my order so it wouldn't return to São Paulo. but the service at JaD LoG was very attentive! the transport service left something to be desired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ olha, pagar quase 60 reais de frete para receber o produto em casa, e ter que ir pegar o produto do local, por falta de irresponsabilidade da empresa, e o cumulo, dessa vez o caro saiu mais caro que o normal. fora o descaso de nao responderem nem email muito menos atendem o celular, nao recomendo.

Ficam transferindo a mercadoria de uma filial para a outra e não sai para entrega.
Já estão em atraso, falam que vão dar prioridade na entrega e nada.
Aconselho a não usarem essa transportadora pois vão passar raiva para receber a encomenda.
Lamentável o serviço prestado.?

They keep transferring the merchandise from one branch to the other and it doesn't go out for delivery.
They are already late, they say they will give priority to delivery and nothing.
I advise you not to use this carrier as they will get angry to receive the order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei vários produtos com entrega por essa transp. e tive problema em uma vez, mas acredito que foi má vontade do entregador que marcava como ausente. POR 3 DIAS O CARA FEZ ISSO(cheguei a ver o carro com a logo da empresa), reclamei no suporte e a entrega foi realizada por serviço terceirizado.
I bought several products with delivery by this transp. and I had a problem once, but I believe it was the bad will of the delivery man who marked it as absent. FOR 3 DAYS THE GUY DID THIS (I even saw the car with the company logo), I complained to support and the delivery was performed by an outsourced service.

A ruim que uma vez minha encomenda chegou de outro estado pra eles em 3 dias , e chegando aqui eles demoraram uma semana pra me entregar. Aí meu esposo teve que ir lá buscar acredita ??? E sorte atenderem o telefone , por não atendem. E a boa é que atualmente estão entregaram no tempo devido !!!
Vamos ver se continua assim.

Hello, I have good and bad experience with this carrier... The bad thing is that once my order arrived from another state for them in 3 days, and when they got here they took a week to deliver to me. Then my husband had to go there to get it, believe me??? And lucky they answer the phone, because they don't answer. And the good thing is that they are currently delivered on time!!!
Let's see if it stays that way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra onde o item foi depositado no ponto de coleta no dia 10.01.2022 e ate hoje 25.01.2022 não chegou, nunca vi demorar tanto uma encomenda de SP x ES, comprei 7 dias depois um produto de SP que veio de PAC pelos correios e chegou primeiro, e estou falando de correios com todos os problemas que tem consegue ser 10x mais rápido que essa transportadora. Se tiver pressa em receber algum produto procure outra transportadora, ou manda vir de tartaruga, pois com certeza vai chegar bem mais rápido.
I made a purchase where the item was deposited at the collection point on 01.10.2022 and until today 01.25.2022 it has not arrived, I have never seen an order from SP x ES take so long, I bought 7 days later a product from SP that came from PAC by the post office and arrived first, and I'm talking about post office with all the problems it has, it can be 10x faster than this carrier. If you are in a hurry to receive a product, look for another carrier, or send it by turtle, as it will certainly arrive much faster.
