★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A primeira vez que solicitei os serviços da Jadlog, foi uma experiência muito boa, o atendimento foi bom e tive toda assistência que eu precisava. Porém, da segunda (e última) vez que precisei dos serviços foi muito ruim, não tinha o retorno, precisei insistir para ser atendida e ainda sim, informaram que iriam retirar a minha encomenda e não foram. Fiquei muito decepcionada... Era melhor terem dito que não iria me atender, que pelo menos eu já procurava outra empresa no mesmo dia. Fiquei aguardando e nada de chegarem. Na nota fiscal que emitiram pra mim, estava este endereço: AV JORNALISTA PAULO ZINGG, 810 JARDIM JARAGUA SAO DOMINGO... Não fui até o local, meu atendimento foi via WhatsApp.
 The first time I requested Jadlog's services, it was a very good experience, the service was good and I had all the assistance I needed. However, the second (and last) time I needed the services it was very bad, there was no return, I had to insist to be attended and still, they informed that they would withdraw my order and they did not go. I was very disappointed... It was better that they said they wouldn't serve me, that at least I was already looking for another company on the same day. I was waiting and nothing to arrive. In the invoice they issued to me, there was this address: AV JOURNALISTA PAULO ZINGG, 810 JARDIM JARAGUA SAO DOMINGO... I didn't go to the place, my service was via WhatsApp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima transportadora, fiz uma compra pela Amazon, o pedido não chegou e disse que pode ter sido extraviado,outra compra recente pelo enjoei, a vendedora disse que mandou pro posto de coleta e já faz 1 semana e ainda está aparecendo status de não enviado. Amazon e Enjoei, essa transportadora está queimando o filme de vocês, são empresas idôneas e não podem se misturar com lixo como essa Jade Log.
Bad carrier, I made a purchase through Amazon, the order did not arrive and said that it may have been lost, another recent purchase by the nausea, the seller said she sent it to the collection post and it has been 1 week and it is still showing status of not sent. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A postagem e atendimento pessoal são bons, mas a questao de atendimento por ligação está complicada. No site não mostra nenhum movimento do rastreio, estou tentando falar e ninguém atende. Quanto ao horário de almoço é claro que por lei todo funcionário tem direito de 1hs (até 2hs dependendo da carga horária), mas poderiam ser horários alternados com na maioria das empresas para evitar 1hs de fechamento num momento que muitas pessoas aproveitam para postar duas mercadorias. Enfim, pelo o telefone poderiam atende.
The postage and personal service are good, but the call service issue is complicated. The website doesn't show any tracking movement, I'm trying to talk and no one answers. As for lunch time, it is clear that by law every employee is entitled to 1h (up to 2h depending on the workload), but it could be alternating hours with most companies to avoid 1h of closing at a time that many people take the opportunity to post two goods . Finally, over the phone they could answer.
