★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não sei como no site expõe fotos de algo bom, quando na verdade essa empresa é a pior que já conheci. Tentando receber minha encomenda desde 31/07, aumentaram o prazo até hoje 06/08 e agora dizem que tiveram problemas com a emissão e não podem entregar.
Tentei várias vezes contato, no chat não respondem, por e-mail levam séculos e não informam nada com clareza. Se comprar novamente e for essa a transportadora cancelo a compra na hora. Até uma mula faz o trabalho melhor do que essa transportadora.
 I don't know how on the website it exhibits pictures of something good, when in fact this company is the worst I've ever known. Trying to receive my order since 07/31, the deadline has been extended until 06/08 today and now they say they had problems with the issue and cannot deliver.
I tried contact several times, in the chat they do not respond, by email they take centuries and do not report anything clearly. If you buy again and this is the carrier, I cancel the purchase on the spot. Even a mule does the job better than this carrier.

Good morning, I'm waiting for a merchandise that was to be delivered on 10/08 but they claimed they couldn't find the address, which is impossible because they've already delivered to the same residence a while ago, I wonder why they lock the phone from the customer to get in touch if they don't even bother to call. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior transportadora existente, não entregam, não entram em contato com cliente, não se esforçam o mínimo. Primeiro, pensei que pudesse ser coisa da minha cabeça, mas depois de ouvir outros clientes, percebi que o problema é dessa empresa que tem baixa qualidade mesmo.
Worst existing carrier, they don't deliver, they don't contact the customer, they don't try the least. At first, I thought it might be something in my head, but after listening to other customers, I realized that the problem is with this company that has really low quality.

Worst company I have ever met. They delivered my goods at the wrong address to a person I don't know, I try to call Petrópolis no one answers, I call the central when I inform the problem they hang up on the face,

Worst carrier in Brazil! A total disregard for the consumer! They just don't go to the person's address and make up lies until the person has to go get it. Disrespectful and liars! Worst company I have ever used! I don't give 0 stars because it doesn't have that option!
