★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente nao sabia que meu produto seria despachado por essa empresa, se soubesse nem teria comprado. Empresa pessima, descaso total com o cliente, em uma outra situaçao fui atendido com grosseria pelo funcionario de Sao Lourenço. Fiz 8 compras no mesmo dia pelo ML, todas as outras ja foram entregue, o ML chegou a me notificar que o produto seria entregue nas proximas horas mas infelizmente nao tem respeito com o Cliente.
 Unfortunately, I did not know that my product would be shipped by this company, if I knew or would have bought it. A terrible company, total disregard for the client, in another situation I was treated with rudeness by the Sao Lourenço employee. I made 8 purchases on the same day through ML, all others have already been delivered, ML even notified me that the product would be delivered in the next few hours but unfortunately it has no respect for the Customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei em contato com a empresa no dia 25/09 sexta feira, e o funcionário me informou que já havia sido recolhido para entrega, a mercadoria nao chegou e agora só entregam segunda feira. Precisava da mercadoria para trabalhar fim de semana, isso vai me atrasar e meus clientes ficarão insatisfeitos. Posso dizer que nunca mais solicito envio por esta transportadora.
I contacted the company on 09/25 Friday, and the employee informed me that it had already been collected for delivery, the goods did not arrive and now they only deliver on Monday. I needed the merchandise to work the weekend, this will delay me and my customers will be dissatisfied. I can say that I never again request shipping by this carrier.

Seguram a mercadoria até o fim. Sendo que a mesma se encontra com a empresa a tempos. Induzem ao cliente retirar a mercadoria no local sob alegação de ter ninguém em casa, sendo que tem . Não entregam em bairro rural, a pessoa tem que se virar pra retirar o produto. Sendo que o frete já foi pago.

Lack of professionalism, I don't recommend it to anyone.
They hold the goods to the end. Since it has been with the company for a long time. They induce the customer to remove the goods on the spot, claiming to have no one at home, and they do. They do not deliver in a rural neighborhood, the person has to turn around to remove the product. The freight has already been paid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A primeira entrega que enviei para o Rio ,saindo de São Lourenço foi tensa,levou seis dias para chegar ao destino. Já na segunda entrega foi melhor, quatro dias .
A empresa em si funciona,porém tem uma logística meio louca,pois sai de SL,para Itajubá retorna para Varginha e vai para o Rio!!!
Mas em tempos de pandemia,ajudou bastante. Grata
The first delivery I sent to Rio, leaving São Lourenço was tense, it took six days to reach the destination. The second delivery was better, four days.
The company itself works, but it has a crazy logistics, as it leaves SL, returns to Varginha to Itajubá and goes to Rio !!!
But in times of pandemic, it helped a lot. Thankful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Três dias tentando contato por telefone e não atendem, pedido em rota de entrega fazem 3 dias já, sendo que são Lourenço é muito perto de caxambu, quando vinha de três corações era muito bom o serviço, agora que a de são Lourenço pegou a região, vou até deixar de usar a jadlog como transportadora, infelizmente não me atende mais...
Three days trying to get in touch by phone and they don't answer, order on delivery route it's been 3 days already, being that São Lourenço is very close to Caxambu, when it came from three hearts the service was very good, now that São Lourenço has taken over the region , I'll even stop using jadlog as a carrier, unfortunately it doesn't serve me anymore...
