★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, vc morre de ligar e quando atendem é com deboche da cara do cliente, o volume ficou mais de 11 dias parado. Não aconselho a ninguém utilizar o serviços.
Bad service, you die from calling and when they answer it is with debauchery of the customer's face, the volume was stopped for more than 11 days. I do not advise anyone to use the services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior transportadora, meu produto vai fazer um mês que está com a transportadora e não tenho retorno deles. Essa compra foi feita dia 01 de março de 2022 e no dia seguinte foi entregue para transportadora e até hoje não recebi meu produto. Sendo que já fiz outras compras recentemente recebi e esse nada... O telefone só existe para eles, porque ligo ninguém até!!! Melhores seus serviços que são horríveis!!
Worst carrier, my product will have been with the carrier for a month and I have not heard back from them. This purchase was made on March 1, 2022 and the next day it was delivered to the carrier and I still haven't received my product. Since I've made other purchases recently I received and this nothing... The phone only exists for them, because I call no one!!! Best your services which are horrible!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poxa, a empresa diz ter dificuldade de localizar minha residência, mas o mesmo endereço e o número de residência meus que ela possui, se colocar no Google Maps qualquer um encontra, me diz qual a dificuldade de localizar a residência, tem até a faxada da casa no Maps, não tem como errar ou não encontrar, a rua inclusive é pequena, só possui 2 quadras, nem tem como rodar muito pra achar o endereço, às vezes fico com dificuldade de entender esse tipo de atendimento, se eu tivesse visto tantos comentários negativos dessa empresa antes, com certeza não teria solicitado a entrega através deles, e o pior é que foi a empresa mais cara da lista, optei por ela por achar que teria qualidade na entrega, mas infelizmente me deparo exatamente com o contrário. Péssima logística e atendimento.
Wow, the company says it has difficulty locating my residence, but the same address and my residence number that it has, if I put it on Google Maps anyone can find it, it tells me how difficult it is to locate the residence, there's even the fax of the house on Maps, you can't go wrong or not find it, the street is even small, it only has 2 blocks, you can't even drive far to find the address, sometimes I find it difficult to understand this type of service, if I had seen so many Negative comments from this company before, I certainly would not have requested delivery through them, and the worst thing is that it was the most expensive company on the list, I chose it because I thought it would have quality delivery, but unfortunately I have exactly the opposite. Bad logistics and service.

Os meus produtos chegaram na data prevista. Os entregadores foram atenciosos, apesar de eu não estar em minha residência para receber a minha encomenda, eles entraram em contato comigo, me deram a solução para que eu pudesse pegar o meu produto no dia seguinte. E estou muito satisfeita com ososerviços prestados pela, transportadora JadLog!
I don't understand why so many bad reviews!
My products arrived on schedule. The couriers were attentive, even though I was not at home to receive my order, they contacted me and gave me the solution so that I could pick up my product the next day. And I am very pleased with the services provided by the JadLog carrier!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa transportadora é um lixo minha encomenda tá parada a vários dias e no rastreio diz que que o número não foi localizado e não houve nova tentativa. moro na mesma residência a anos o número no portão é tão grande que até um cego enxerga só essa transportadora que nunca acha a casa acho que na verdade eles nem saem pra fazer a entrega e usa essa desculpa é uma vergonha e se ligar o telefone nunca chama
This carrier is rubbish my order has been stopped for several days and the tracking says that the number was not located and there was no new attempt. I've lived in the same house for years, the number at the gate is so big that even a blind person can only see this carrier who never finds the house I think they actually don't even go out to make the delivery and use this excuse it's a shame and if you ever turn on the phone flame

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha mercadoria já está parada faz 9 dias , foi mais rápido chegar de São Paulo para Sergipe do quê chegar da Capital para a minha cidade.
Eles até usaram que o endereço estava inconsistente, pra segurar a mercadoria por mais dias, após contato com meu fornecer foi constatado que o endereço estava correto.
Sem falar que ninguém atende o telefone.
Péssima experiência!
Inclusive não usarei mais o serviço desta empresa.
My merchandise has been stopped for 9 days, it was faster to arrive from São Paulo to Sergipe than to arrive from the Capital to my city.
They even used that the address was inconsistent, to hold the goods for more days, after contacting my supplier it was found that the address was correct.
Not to mention no one answers the phone.
Bad experience!
I will no longer use this company's service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima empresa, diz que a pessoa está ausente, depois diz que não encontrou endereço, eles falam milhões desculpas sendo que nada disso está acontecendo. Liguei várias vezes para informar que não recebi o produto eles passam os números do entregadores e são muito mal preparados, numa dessas ligações o entregador disse que o carro não tem buzina já que questionei e ainda falou que o carro é dele e ele faz o que quer kkk é mole. Tira foto da casa mas não chama sendo que tenho cachorros e eles nem late pois ao contrário de outros entregadores os cachorros latem muito. Descaso total.
Bad company, says the person is absent, then says he couldn't find an address, they say millions of excuses and none of this is happening. I called several times to inform that I did not receive the product, they give the delivery numbers and they are very poorly prepared, in one of these calls the delivery man said that the car does not have a horn since I questioned and even said that the car is his and he does what he does either kkk is soft. Take a picture of the house but don't call since I have dogs and they don't even bark because unlike other delivery people the dogs bark a lot. Total neglect.
