★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O endereço que consta no site precisa ser corrigido, pois ainda está o endereço no bairro Ypu. Fui lá no antigo endereço e fui informada que muitas pessoas ainda vão lá. Consta no Google o endereço novo em Duas Pedras, mas acredito que todos buscam o endereço primeiramente no site da empresa. É preciso corrigir isso, pois as pessoas vão lá a toa. Além disso, a pessoa que recebe as mercadorias não tem um carimbo da empresa para registrar o recebimento.
The address on the website needs to be corrected, as the address is still in the Ypu neighborhood. I went there at the old address and was informed that many people still go there. The new address in Duas Pedras is listed on Google, but I believe that everyone looks for the address first on the company's website. This needs to be corrected, because people go there for nothing. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava aguardando uma mercadoria que deveria ter sido entregue, mas foi colocada a observação "TEMPO DE ESPERA EXCEDIDO NO DESTINATÁRIO". Mas isso não procedia visto que eu estava em casa. Não tocaram o interfone e não me ligaram. Tentei contato 3 vezes pelo chat do site e encerraram sem me dar satisfação do que estava acontecendo. Depois de quase 10 ligações fui atendido. Me informaram que o carro tinha dado defeito e não tinha outro pra levar minha encomenda. Decidi ir lá buscar e arcar com os custos do transporte do meu próprio bolso (além do valor que já tinha pagado no frete) visto que estava com urgência pelo produto. No local fui tratado bem, mas todo o estresse me fez nunca mais querer ter nenhum tipo de contato com essa transportadora.
I was waiting for a goods that should have been delivered, but the note "WAIT TIME EXCEEDED AT RECIPIENT" was placed. But that didn't work since I was at home. They didn't ring the intercom and they didn't call me. I tried to contact them 3 times through the website chat and they closed without giving me any satisfaction as to what was happening. After almost 10 calls I was answered. They informed me that the car had malfunctioned and there was no one else to take my order. I decided to go pick it up and pay the transport costs out of my own pocket (in addition to the amount I had already paid for shipping) as I was in a hurry for the product. At the place I was treated well, but all the stress made me never want to have any kind of contact with this carrier again.
