★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim, fiz 2 cotações do frete pelo telefone e erraram feio as duas, ficaram 150,00 mais caras cada uma! E ainda chegou tudo destruído a luminária que enviamos! Muito desorganizados, não usam máscara, todos os colaboradores sem máscara, e não resolveram nenhum dos problemas. Tive dois prejuízos, nunca mais envio nada por lá. Péssimo!! Não recomendo!!
Too bad, I made 2 freight quotations over the phone and they both made a bad mistake, 150.00 more expensive each! And everything arrived, destroyed, the lamp we sent! Very disorganized, do not wear a mask, all employees without a mask, and have not solved any of the problems. I had two losses, I never send anything over there again. Terrible!! I do not recommend!!

Bad customer support. Order two weeks late and no one answers the posted phones. I do not recommend.

Péssimo Prestador de Serviços.

Worst company for receiving goods on e-commerce, I paid for shipping, delivery was scheduled for 12/16/2021 today 12/29 I didn't receive it. I bought medicine and nobody knows where it is, the supplier does not have access. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou com uma remessa parada na unidade a mais de 3 dias e simplesmente não consigo um mínimo contato com a empresas. Telefone existe só para falar que tem, pq atender é impossível. Vou perder uma venda, um cliente, por causa de um frete, sendo que poderia resolver facilmente o problema se me atendessem.
Jadlog sempre me atendeu muito bem, mas esta unidade me tornou uma dor de cabeça gigantesca.
I have a shipment stopped at the unit for more than 3 days and I simply cannot contact the companies. There is a telephone just to say you have it, because answering is impossible. I'm going to lose a sale, a customer, because of shipping, and I could easily solve the problem if they attended me.
Jadlog always served me very well, but this unit made me a gigantic headache.
