Disseram que me ligaram, nunca me ligaram e nunca tiveram no meu endereço, pois é um quintal de família e sempre tem gente

O problema é que ao deixar a mercadoria, os atendentes não entregam nenhum tipo de comprovante de que a mercadoria foi deixada lá. Gerando insegurança. Não sei se é uma prática da empresa JadLog ou apenas da de Belford Roxo. Mas isso precisa ser revisto com urgência.
The service was pretty quick. I used it because I sell through Elo7. The problem is that when leaving the merchandise, the attendants do not deliver any type of proof that the merchandise was left there. Generating insecurity. I don't know if it's a JadLog company practice or just Belford Roxo's. But this needs to be reviewed urgently.

Minha mercadoria comprada pela internet está atrasada há quase uma semana, é o meu vestido de noiva, o casamento está chegando e meu vestido não chega ..a menina que me atendeu no telefone é extremamente grosseira, dizendo "fazer o que se seu produto entrou na rota errada"? "Dezembro tem mas demanda".
Fazer o que???? Trabalhar direito e cumprir compromisso! É o mínimo que se espera em uma "empresa". O pipoqueiro da esquina da minha casa é mais profissional do que vocês! Revejam seus conceitos sobre prestação de serviços e relação com seus clientes!!!! NUNCA MAIS UTILIZO OS SERVIÇOS DE VOCÊS!!!!!!
Terrible service!!!! My merchandise purchased over the internet is almost a week late, it's my wedding dress, the wedding is coming and my dress is not coming .. the girl who answered me on the phone is extremely rude, saying "what if your product came in on the wrong route"? Do what???? Work right and fulfill commitment! It's the least expected in a "company". The popcorn maker on the corner of my house is more professional than you! Review your concepts about service provision and relationship with your customers!!!! I NEVER USE YOUR SERVICES AGAIN!!!!!
