Minha mercadoria está 3 dias em Belém.
Os funcionários IGNORANTE, MAU EDUCADOS, chegam até desligar o telefone na cara da gente.
Dei uma estrela porque não tem opção de dá nenhuma estrela

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou a 3 dias acompanhando no site da empresa a movimentação do meu produto. meu produto esta em "transferencia" de TECA para FL Jad Belém desde o dia 04 de maio e ate hoje 07 de maio nao houve atualização do mesmo. sendo que o trajeto do Co Castanhal 02 até FL Jad Belém nao dura mais que 3 horas de tempo, quanto mais 03 dias... gostaria de uma resposta do porque na demora
Atualizando, ainda estou aguardando esta empresa entregar.... meu produto, desde o dia 04 de Maio meu produto ja esta no meu estado, teve tempo suficiente ja para entregar o Produto, não entendo porque até hoje 19 de maio o meu produto ainda não foi entregue, desde o dia 13 de maio a empresa não atualiza nada sobre o produto, ultima movimentação diz o seguinte "FL JAD BELEM transferido para unidade CASTANHAL 02" e não foi mais atualizado, comprei um produto em modo full pois preciso dele o quanto antes, estou a ponto de cancelar a compra e comprar com uma empresa que não utilize os serviços dessa transportadora.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É muito difícil falar com essa transportadora de Castanhal. Desde quando eu compro das 20x que foi essa empresa, apenas 1x ela veio entregar minha compra. Toda vez deixam nos correios e 3x voltou a minha compra, alegando que não foi possível encontrar o meu endereço. Aff, no meu cadastro tem contato para ligar antes. Fiz uma compra no mercado livre, e desde o dia 26 de maio as minhas compras se encontram na JADLOG Castanhal e até agora dia 2 de junho não entraram em contato e nem a entrega. E os telefones disponíveis, a gente liga e eles não atendem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A despeito das experiências que tenho tido com a Jadlog, a maioria delas são altamente positivas, dentre as quais destaco:
- Possibilidade de acompanhar, em tempo real, a localização do objeto;
- Possibilidade de comunicação com os representantes da unidade da Jadlog em Castanhal, por intermédio de telefone celular e aplicativo de mensagem WhatsApp (91) 9 8030 3633;
Possibilidade de receber a mercadoria pessoalmente no local de distribuição, caso a pessoa esteja com urgência no recebimento;
- Entre outros...
Todavia, há pontos negativos também:
- Não ligam para avisar que a encomenda será entregue antes ou depois da data prevista no site em que o cliente efetuou a compra;
- Um (a) ou outro (a) funcionário (a)/pessoas não atende com a devida atenção e cordialidade no atendimento presencial - alguns nem sequer iniciam o atendimento com um sorriso ou um desejo de bom dia.
Aprecio e avalio a Jadlog, unidade de Castanhal, mais pelos pontos positivos, que pelos pontos negativos. Existem outras organizações no mercado que nem disponibilizam acompanhamento online ou telefone para contato, ou seja, prestam, na minha opinião, um verdadeiro desserviço à categoria e aos clientes.

- One or another employee/people does not attend with due attention and cordiality in the face-to-face service - some do not even start the service with a smile or a good morning wish.
I appreciate and evaluate Jadlog, Castanhal unit, more for the positives than for the negatives. There are other organizations on the market that don't even provide online monitoring or contact phone numbers, that is, they provide, in my opinion, a real disservice to the category and customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Transportadora péssima ! Meu pedido era pra chegar 11/05 e até hj não chegou ! Falei com a empresa que comprei e eles disseram que se a transportadora não enviar até hoje, eles irão mandar uma nova remessa ! Um absurdo! Preciso desses livros pra estudar para prova da OAB e se nao chegar na data correta para estudar, não serve de nada ! Eu liguei pra jadlog e o cara disse pra ter paciência pq ele está com a demanda alta e que não me daria prazo ! Ou seja além de não cumprir o prazo fornecido por eles, não queria me dizer em que década chegaria! Onde já se viu isso ??!!!!! Absurdo totallllllllll!!!!!!!! Eu falei isso pra empresa que comprei e a mesma foi falar com eles, e depois que a empresa, que eu comprei, ligou pra eles em um instante eles deram um prazo ! Porém até agora não cumpriram! Ou seja provavelmente receberei nova remessa da empresa que comprei, mas todo esse desgaste é horrível demais ! Agora toda vez que for essa transportadora eu vou cancelar o pedido !

Seus atendentes não sabem lhe dar com os clientes, são extremamente irresponsáveis, não cumprem com o prazo de entrega, se recusam a repassar as informações corretas; agem por contra própria atrasando as encomendas além de não seguir os prazos estipulados pelo logista que os contratou com o forma de economizar em suas rotas comprometendo totalmente as datas de entrega; Seus entregadores não entram em contato com destinatário, para eventuais dúvidas a respeito do endereço e alegam não encontrar o destinatário; São recorrentes os números de pedidos em atraso e extraviados.
Sem sombra de dúvidas, a confiança e credibilidade desta empresa me leva a nunca recomenda-la. Aos demais clientes da Amazon e entre outros podem abrir um suporte na Amazon para que a mesma faça uma reclamação formal, além de pedir para que seus pedidos não sejam enviados por esta empresa.
