Enviei esse pedido em dois pacotes com a mesma etiqueta para o mesmo endereço e a cliente só recebeu um pacote e o outro pacote demorou mais dias pra chegar. Quando fui reclamar a empresa não tinha o controle de rastreio do pacote, e disse que não era com eles que iriam resolver ou receber a reclamação que era com a Melhor Envio.
COMO UMA TRANSPORTADORA NÃO RESOLVE O PROBLEMA DO PRODUTO QUE ELA MESMA ESTÁ ENVIANDO. péssimos!
I sent my products and the customer received the LOST package and the TORN product packaging.
I sent this order in two packages with the same label to the same address and the customer only received one package and the other package took more days to arrive. When I went to complain, the company did not have control over the tracking of the package, and said that it was not with them that they would resolve or receive the complaint, which was with Melhor Envio.
AS A CARRIER DOES NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM OF THE PRODUCT IT IS SHIPPING. lousy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ " Em rota de entrega " e nao entrega, ai perco meu dia esperando a encomenda. Só coloca rota de entrega quando vc vai entregar se nao, NAO É rota de entrega ! Leva 40 min para fazer a entrega ate a minha localização.
"On route of delivery" and it doesn't deliver, then I waste my day waiting for the order. Only put the delivery route when you are going to deliver if not, it is NOT a delivery route! It takes 40 min to deliver to my location.
