Despachamos um pacote pela Jadlog dia 27/05/2021, e por telefone, fomos informados que o pacote já havia sido expedido naquele mesmo dia. No dia 08/06/2021 foi feito o pagamento (não fizemos antes por uma confusão interna nossa) e no dia 10/06/2021 enviamos o comprovante por e-mail. No dia 02/07/2021 (quase 1 mês depois disso), tivemos a informação de que o pacote sequer foi despachado, e estava retido por falta de pagamento. Solicitamos uma posição da Jadlog e não éramos respondidos nem por e-mail, nem por WhatsApp. Apenas hoja, dia 07/07/2021 ao 12h, tivemos informação da nossa cliente que a carga foi entregue.
Conclusão, falta mais comprometimento e pró atividade para resolver os problemas dos clientes!
Unfortunately we will not do business with this company again. There are serious communication failures!
We dispatched a package through Jadlog on 05/27/2021, and by phone, we were informed that the package had already been shipped that same day. On 06/08/2021 the payment was made (we did not do it before due to an internal confusion of ours) and on 06/10/2021 we sent the receipt by email. On 07/02/2021 (almost 1 month after that), we had the information that the package had not even been dispatched, and was held for lack of payment. We requested a position from Jadlog and were not answered either by email or by WhatsApp. Only today, 07/07/2021 at 12:00, we had information from our client that the cargo was delivered.
Conclusion, there is a need for more commitment and pro-activity to solve customer problems!
