Horrible experience in Indaiatuba... they send sms that they will deliver, they don't deliver.. they don't answer.. when they answer they hang up and then they don't answer anymore.. they keep returning and nothing.. if possible, look for another carrier

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é simplesmente péssimo, você não encontra telefone para entrar em contato e quando acha o número ou está fora de serviço ou simplesmente não atende. Estou tentando resolver um assunto com eles e não consigo contato.
The service is simply terrible, you can't find a phone to contact and when you find the number, it's either out of service or simply doesn't answer. I'm trying to resolve an issue with them and I can't get in touch.
