★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma tristeza, o pedido chega em Natal e fica dias e dias sem nenhuma movimentação. Não dão uma mínima satisfação, viva a Sequoia, A Total que pelo menos tem um posicionamento menos pior que essa transportadora.
Não recomendo.
 Sadly, the order arrives in Natal and goes days and days without any movement. They don't give any satisfaction, long live Sequoia, Total that at least has a less worse positioning than this carrier.
I do not recommend.

Never get so frustrated with an online purchase, it's been 1 week since my product left this branch, not giving an answer to the consumer, worst carrier I've ever seen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou extremamente decepcionado com essa transportadora m. Estou tendo a pior experiência com produto compra pela internet. Mais de 1 semana que o produto chegou. 3 dias pra fazer entrega e o endereço errado, fiz a correção e até agora nada. Vi que teve um erro e eles não sabem dizer nada. Apenas que vai ser entregue na próxima remessa.
Fujam dessa transportadora, os correios perto deles são um tipo de mercado livre.
I am extremely disappointed in this carrier m. I'm having the worst experience with a product I buy over the internet. More than 1 week since the product arrived. 3 days to make delivery and the wrong address, I made the correction and so far nothing. I saw that there was a mistake and they don't know how to say anything. Only that it will be delivered in the next shipment.
Run away from that carrier, the post office near them is a kind of free market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui lá, pois o telefone deles nunca funciona e eu queria tentar tirar a encomenda no local pois era um produto para trabalho, quando toquei na campainha pediram para falar o código de rastreamento... Só q eu tive q ficar na rua usando o celular até q depois de um tempo me pediram o CPF, até q encontraram minha encomenda lá e me pediram pra entrar. Quem foi no local sabe q ali não parece um local seguro, tentarei nunca mais comprar nada por eles.
I went there, because their phone never works and I wanted to try to pick up the order at the place because it was a product for work, when I rang the bell they asked me to say the tracking code... But I had to stay on the street using my cell phone until after a while they asked me for my CPF, until they found my order there and asked me to enter. No rastreamento só consta "Em transferência" desde o primeiro dia. Ligo e o telefone não chega nem a chamar, já fiz várias tentativas pra saber pelo menos o prazo de entrega da minha encomenda e não obtive resultado.
I've never had such a bad experience, and frustrating!
The tracking only says "In transfer" from day one. I call and the phone doesn't even ring, I've made several attempts to know at least the delivery time of my order and I didn't get a result.

Comprei um produto no televendas do Carrefour sendo a primeira e última vez que faço isso, a compra foi realizada dia 25/03/2022 e hoje dia 02/04/2022 o produto não foi entregue por está empresa. Sendo que o produto já se encontra na minha cidade Natal-RN. Não indico essa empresa para ninguém.
I share with other colleagues about this company that has no respect for its customers. I bought a product on Carrefour telesales being the first and last time I do this, the purchase was made on 03/25/2022 and today on 04/02/2022 the product was not delivered by this company. Since the product is already in my city of Natal-RN. I don't recommend this company to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atrasou 4x e não deram nem explicações. Paguei a mais para chegar mais rápido e chegou bem depois prazo. A pessoa liga pra lá e nao existe a opção de retirar a mercadoria na centra se você estiver com pressa... ou seja, tem que esperar pela incompetência deles mesmo.
It was delayed 4x and they didn't even give an explanation. I paid more to arrive faster and it arrived well after the deadline. The person calls there and there is no option to remove the goods at the center if you are in a hurry... that is, you have to wait for their incompetence.

Company has no commitment to customers and merchandise. I've been trying to get in touch for a while to find out why they don't update my order that is still in collection, but it was sent, they say they will update and nothing. I went to send other requests from elo7 by this company, they said they no longer accept the label that was generated and paid for. Worst experience with a carrier I've ever had., if I could give 0 stars, that would be the rating
