No dia seguinte, 1 delas foi entregue e a outra segue retida na empresa, não fazem a entrega e não atendem o telefone. Péssima prestação de serviço em João Monlevade, essa unidade em especial infeliz não atende o telefone independente do horário que efetua a chamada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demora muito pra entregar , minha mercadoria já consta em João Monlevade a 4 dias e não me entregam , ligo e ninguém resolve isso quando atendem o telefone , minha mercadoria (1 caixa peq) foi postado no Rio dia 12 até hj dia 25/04 não recebi , é uma outra saiu do Espírito Santo dia 16 e também nenhuma posição .Agora liguei no escritório sobre minha mercadoria que saiu hj cedo as 05:30 da manhã de Belo Horizonte e simplesmente me responderam que não chegou e não sabem falar onde esta a mercadoria . Lamentável .
