Some employees are great, but they didn't locate my house, and they even said they wouldn't deliver anymore, and on the website it says that there are 3 delivery attempts, they don't want to make me deliver and it's absurd!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O centro de distribuição da Jadlog em Governador Valadares/MG é uma vergonha! Em todas as filias da Jadlog que a encomenda passa eles são rápidos e eficientes. Quando a encomenda chega na filial de GV é total incompetência e falta de respeito com o consumidor. A encomenda não é entregue e o telefone nunca é atendido. Péssimo!
Jadlog's distribution center in Governador Valadares/MG is a disgrace! In all Jadlog branches that the order passes through, they are fast and efficient. When the order arrives at the GV branch, it is total incompetence and lack of respect for the consumer. The order is not delivered and the phone is never answered. Terrible!

Until now waiting for my order, the delivery guy has no manners, he came to make the delivery at 10:21 in the morning the intercom rang and he didn't even wait for me to answer. My downstairs neighbor was going to get it for me but the delivery man was so unwilling he didn't even wait. Terrible service, not to mention that the company doesn't even answer the phone

I've been waiting for my order for 5 days. The tracking says missing. But here it's business and it's open all day. I am really dissatisfied with this service and I intend to use it only if I have no other alternative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa é a pior empresa possível para entregar algo, inacreditável o quanto se esforçam pra ser ruim. Levar quase um mês pra fazer uma entrega, só pode ser por preguiça, porque colocar que tá em rota, e levar 4 dias pra entregar é fazer hora com a cara do consumidor. Serviço desse não quero nem de graça, e falo sério.
This is the worst possible company to deliver something, unbelievable how hard they try to be bad. Taking almost a month to make a delivery, it can only be because of laziness, because putting it on the route, and taking 4 days to deliver is making time with the consumer's face. I don't even want a service like this for free, and I'm serious.
