A atendente Fernanda fez um descaso sem cabimento.... Me surpreendeu sua frieza.
Sugiro enviarem pelos correios mesmo, porque pelo menos se responsabilizam por qualquer problema.
Espero nunca mais ver a cara dessa empresa

They broke my order, and didn't even assist.
The attendant Fernanda made a disregard without reason .... It surprised me her coldness.
I suggest to send them by post, because at least they are responsible for any problem.
I hope never to see the face of this company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é muito ruim: o telefone demora a ser atendido e a qualidade de atendimento é fraco. Dão pouquíssimas informações precisas para os clientes, é tudo no "vamos ver", "o mais breve possível", "vou anotar aqui" e assim NADA anda. Já liguei 3x para alterarem algumas informações na entrega, e toda vez que eu ligo, eles me dizem as informações antigas, como se eu nunca tivesse ligado. Uma vergonha, completo descaso!
The service is very bad: the phone takes too long to answer and the quality of service is poor. They give very little precise information to customers, it's all in "let's see", "as soon as possible", "I will write it down here" and so NOTHING goes on. I've already called 3x to change some information on delivery, and every time I call, they tell me the old information, as if I never called. A shame, complete disregard!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrega rápida, ótimos preços, costumo intermediar o envio pelo Melhor Envio, mas muitas das vezes os preços saem bem melhores que o dos Correios, funcionários educados e prestativos, atendimento ágil e não tem filas.
Fast delivery, great prices, I usually intermediate the shipment through the Best Shipping, but often the prices are much better than the Post Office, polite and helpful staff, quick service and no queues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendente ANA LUIZA pessima mau educada, preguiçosa , não dão andamento na remessa e ainda fala pra olhar no site. Dão entrada na mercadoria e depois fala que foi errado que o produto nao esta la como dão entrada e depois não esta la. SUMIU SERA????
Attendant ANA LUIZA very rude, lazy, they don't make progress on the shipment and still says to look on the website. They check in the goods and then say that it was wrong that the product is not there as they check in and then it is not there. GONE WILL BE????
