★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma péssima experiência nesse local, no momento que fui coletar meu material os antendentes ficam assistindo vídeo no celular sem se quer dar atenção ao cliente, mostrei minha nota o rapaz disse que o outro iria buscar e nessa brincadeira passei quase uma hora esperando enquanto os atendentes assistiam vídeo no celular!
 I had a terrible experience in this place, when I went to collect my material the attendants were watching video on the cell phone without paying attention to the customer, I showed my note the guy said that the other would get it and in this game I spent almost an hour waiting while the attendants watched video on cell phone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preço bom de tintas, estacionamento fácil, mas o atendimento em guichês é burocrático, ficam esperando o cliente ir até lá e esclarecem poucas informações. Ambiente barulhento. Expedicao confusa. Tentaram me empurar tinta há 1 mês do vencimento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessoal por favor melhorem a dinâmica de vendas de vocês, a pessoa entra na loja e fica um tempão olhando os produtos e os vendedores mesmo sem fazer nada ficam sentados olhando o tempo passar, ninguém sai da cadeira para atender o cliente, nunca vi isso; o cliente tem que ir lá no birô e os vendedores nem vendo a gente se aproximar pergunta se estamos precisando de alguma coisa; precisa a pessoal pedir licença e perguntar, e mesmo assim perguntando a pessoa não sai da cadeira para atender, meu Deus, não volto mais.
