★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O maior problema que achei foi que eles não me passaram previsão do reboque, o que eu achei que demorou muito por eu estar tão perto da cidade uns 30 km, e o atendente me informou que tinha reboque disponível, daí quando chegou era um caminhão velho e sem muita conservação do veículo, quando começamos a viagem o caminhão começou a pegar fogo no motor, o motorista não tinha extintor, tive que usar o meu pra evitar que o fogo aumentasse e atingisse o meu também.
Mas depois daí na oficina, já foi um ótimo atendimento, desde a recepção das meninas, até o mecânico, que prontamente resolveu meu problema que era simples, ele foi honesto e totalmente profissional evitando que eu tivesse uma despesa maior com a troca de peças sem necessidade.
The biggest problem I found was that they didn't give me a trailer forecast, which I thought took a long time because I was so close to the city about 30 km, and the attendant informed me that there was a trailer available, so when it arrived it was an old truck and without much conservation of the vehicle, when we started the trip the truck started to catch fire in the engine, the driver didn't have a fire extinguisher, I had to use mine to prevent the fire from increasing and reaching mine too.
But after that, in the workshop, it was already a great service, from the reception of the girls, to the mechanic, who promptly solved my problem, which was simple, he was honest and totally professional, preventing me from having a greater expense with exchanging parts without need.
