- Sincero quanto aos problemas encontrados no carro;
- Tem profissionais capacitados e experientes;
Contras:
- Enrolado. Por não ter a peça na representante local, disse que encomendando por eles ia ficar R$400 todas as peças (fora o que ele cobraria da mão de obra). EU comprei uma peça por R$32 no ML e levei lá. As outras 2 peças ele mesmo conseguiu por R$72. "Economizei" quase R$300.
- Não foi transparente no valor do serviço. Após o primeiro conserto, outro problema foi encontrado, porém na hora de somar os valores do primeiro conserto com o segundo, ele não somou o valor da mão de obra, optou por "jogar" direto o valor final do serviço (quanto ele IA GANHAR). Quando questionei o valor da mão de obra, ficou perdido com a calculadora procurando o valor da mão de obra. Fez a conta reversa (valor final - valor do primeiro serviço - a outra peça que seria necessário) para chegar no valor da mão de obra. NUNCA VI ISSO!! Ao final paguei o primeiro serviço (porque senão o carro nem saia de lá) e levei em outro lugar. Não voltarei a fazer negócio.
Pros:

Cons:
- Rolled. For not having the part at the local representative, he said that ordering for them would be R $ 400 for all parts (other than what he would charge for labor). I bought a piece for R $ 32 in ML and took it there. He got the other 2 pieces for R $ 72. "I saved" almost R $ 300.
- It was not transparent in the value of the service. After the first repair, another problem was found, however when adding the values of the first repair with the second, he did not add the value of the labor, he chose to "play" directly the final value of the service (how much he WILL WIN ). When I questioned the value of labor, he was lost with the calculator looking for the value of labor. He did the reverse count (final value - value of the first service - the other piece that would be needed) to arrive at the value of the labor. I HAVE NEVER SEEN THIS !! At the end I paid for the first service (because otherwise the car wouldn’t even leave) and took it somewhere else. I will not do business again.
