★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imobiliária defasada. Você mesma tem achar os imóveis, mas isso torna-se uma tarefa impossível já que o site está sempre desatualizado com imóveis indisponíveis. Gostaria de visitar 7 imóveis que visualizei no site e não consegui ver nenhum. Os corretores ficam importunando via telefone com desculpas esfarrapadas e não trazem soluções/alternativas de imóveis para aluguel.
Outdated real estate. You have to find the real estate yourself, but this becomes an impossible task as the site is always out of date with unavailable real estate. I would like to visit 7 properties that I viewed on the site and could not see any. Brokers are pestering via phone with lame excuses and do not bring solutions / alternatives for rental properties.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imobiliária péssima! Dá muita dor de cabeça (vc tem que ligar 100 vezes pra tentar conseguir resolver o problema). Transferem de um para o outro e ninguém resolve. Um simples documento demora mais de 1 mês para ser dado. Estava falando com o responsável pela parte de locação (Edson Solai), que ficou de enviar um boleto de pagamento. Após alguns dias liguei de novo e o sr Edson havia saído de férias!!! Desrespeito total com o cliente! Não recomendo a ninguém (seja locador ou locatário).
Lousy real estate! It gives a lot of headache (you have to call 100 times to try to solve the problem). They transfer from one to the other and nobody solves it. A simple document takes more than 1 month to be given. I was talking to the person responsible for the rental part (Edson Solai), who was responsible for sending a payment slip. After a few days I called again and Mr Edson had gone on vacation !!! Total disrespect for the customer! I do not recommend it to anyone (either landlord or tenant).
