Pedi um lanche, depois de hora liguei cobrando esqueceram do lanche e motoboy estava fazendo a última entrega, depois de alguns minutos ligaram dizendo que o cliente cancelou o macarrão na chapa, se aceitaria, aceitei mas falei que precisava de talheres pois estava no hotel e já estava fechada a cozinha.
Motoboy chegou dizendo que estava tudo certo, cheguei no quarto não veio os talheres, como comer um macarrão na chapa sem talheres..
Liguei reclamando sobre o talheres, Jaime falou que não tinha como fazer nada pois já havia fechado a lanchonete e não poderia entregar..

I do not recommend,
I ordered a snack, after hours I called and charged they forgot the snack and motoboy was making the last delivery, after a few minutes they called saying that the customer canceled the pasta on the plate, if he would accept it, I accepted but I said I needed cutlery because I was at the hotel and the kitchen was already closed.
Motoboy arrived saying that everything was fine, I arrived in the room, the cutlery didn't come, like eating pasta on the plate without cutlery..
I called complaining about the cutlery, Jaime said he couldn't do anything because the cafeteria had already closed and couldn't deliver..

23:50 liguei novamente, uma mulher falou que estava na chapa,
00:40 liguei novamente e o motoboy tinha indo embora e não quis levar os lanches, que conseguiu outro motoboy pra levar e já estava chegando na lanchonete,
01:40 liguei, que era pra ter paciência que já estava vindo..
(Obs.):Pedi no maluco beleza chegou em 30minutos,
me ligaram do Jaime as 2:20 já não atendi mais..
I called asking for three snacks at 10:50 pm,
23:50 I called again, a woman said she was on the plate,
00:40 I called again and the motoboy was leaving and he didn't want to take the snacks, he got another motoboy to take and was already arriving at the cafeteria,
01:40 I called, to be patient, it was already coming...
