★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima, só olharem a reclamacao no Reclame Aqui, o dono, um tal de Gallery, é um despreparado, dentre outras coisas piores.
Sugiro nao fazer nenhum passeio com essa "agencia", pude ver durante o nosso passeio equipes muito mais preparadas e com melhor estrutura, pois um dos "motoristas/guias" nao sabia o roteiro, tão pouco dar uma simples atracao sobre qualquer atrativo, pois era a primeira vez no Jalapão, era um free lancer contratado para atender a demanda que claramente ele não consegue dar conta...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz os passeios do Jalapão com o Mante e pra Chapada dos Veadeiros com o Irineu. Tudo ótimo. Lugares maravilhosos, pousadas e refeições muito boas. Os guias contribuíram muito para o ótimo passeio. Algumas atrações na Chapada estavam fechadas devido à pandemia e o guia Irineu substituiu por ótimos passeios.
I took the Jalapão tours with Mante and Chapada dos Veadeiros with Irineu. Everything's good. Wonderful places, inns and very good meals. The guides contributed a lot to the great tour. Some attractions in Chapada were closed due to the pandemic and the guide Irineu replaced it with great walks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz 2 expedições na mesma trip com a Jalapão Selvagem. A primeira foi para a Chapada das Mesas, com o guia local Hélio e com a honra de ter o proprietário da agência conosco. Parecia uma viagem entre amigos. Gallery é profissional e muito amável. Hélio é um guia ótimo, gentil, paciente e parceiro. De lá fomos para o Jalapão, quem nos acompanhou foi Wanderley, o famoso Mante do Jalapão, que fez uns ajustes nos horários para que pudéssemos pegar os atrativos somente para nós, vazio. Bem humorado e bom conhecedor da região.
Chapada das Mesas é mais tranquilo, mas Jalapão é uma área remota, com estradas difíceis e difícil acesso, carro pode atolar, quebrar no caminho e você pode ter que esperar. É normal. Os guias e empresas são solidários entre si. E pode ser que nada disso ocorra também. Mas vá preparado, e se esse tipo de situação te incomoda, é melhor ir para um resort qualquer. ;) Eu indico a Jalapão de olhos fechados. De todos que pesquisamos foi o melhor preço e foi uma experiência incrível! Agradeço imensamente e pretendo voltar! De preferência com os mesmos guias! <3

Chapada das Mesas is quieter, but Jalapao is a remote area with difficult roads and difficult access, car can bog down, break on the way and you may have to wait. It's normal. The guides and companies are sympathetic to each other. And it may be that none of this happens either. But go prepared, and if this kind of situation bothers you, it is better to go to any resort. ;) I indicate Jalapão with my eyes closed. Of all we searched it was the best price and it was an amazing experience! Thank you very much and I intend to go back! Preferably with the same guides! <3

Por causa das chuvas, o guia propôs ótimas alterações. Um pequeno imprevisto foi prontamente resolvido e não afetou a viagem. O nosso guia foi o Mante, um cara muito experiente, competente e bem humorado! O melhor guia!! Voltaremos com certeza pra mais uma aventura com a Jalapão Selvagem!
Attentive company from the beginning. The script was well organized. The inns are excellent. The lunches and snacks were hearty and delicious! Because of the rains, the guide proposed great changes. A small contingency was promptly resolved and did not affect the trip. Our guide was Mante, a very experienced, competent and humorous guy! The best guide !! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fomos num grupo 9 pessoas no carnaval. Pegamos muita chuva e deixamos de fazer alguns passeios, porém foi uma das melhores viagens que já fiz e muito graças à Jalapão Selvagem.
As pousadas foram muito bem escolhidas e os almoços sensacionais. Os guias foram o Mante e o André e tenho que dizer que, com muito profissionalismo e carinho, eles nos proporcionaram um passeio marcante.
É possível conversar, antecipadamente, com eles sobre os tipo de lanche que eles vão levar e também sobre as pousadas.
Pontos positivos:
Tivemos um imprevisto com carro, mas foi rapidamente solucionado.
Tivemos um aniversário e o Mante organizou um bolo delicioso para a comemoração.

We were in a group of 9 people at the carnival. We got a lot of rain and stopped doing some tours, but it was one of the best trips I've ever done and a lot thanks to Jalapão Selvagem.
The inns were very well chosen and the lunches were sensational. The guides were Mante and André and I have to say that, with a lot of professionalism and affection, they provided us with a remarkable tour.
It is possible to talk, in advance, with them about the type of snack they will take and also about the inns.
Strengths:
We had a car accident, but it was quickly resolved.
We had a birthday and Mante organized a delicious cake for the celebration.
